Hi Juan, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We're disappointed to hear that our home did not meet your expectations, we take great pride in providing our guests with a 5-star experience. - We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We are committed to providing our guests with a safe environment in accordance with the protocols set forth by the Dept of Health to avoid COVID-19; from in-house sanitation, hygiene, and infection protection. We implement the highest standard of sanitation and cleanliness on our property. All surfaces in every room are treated with commercial-grade disinfectants. Our linens and towels are washed, sanitized, and handled with quality care. - When you reached out about food items left in the refrigerator we promptly responded, and removed some of the items but you asked for us to leave some items for you to use and we had thought the matter resolved. We hope that you also enjoyed the charcuterie boards we welcomed you with as a token of our appreciation for choosing to stay with us. - We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect our home and guests can decide before booking if the decor meets their expectations. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
