Located on the west side of downtown Bradenton, you literally make 2 turns, go 9 miles and you are at Anna Maria Island!
The Bradenton Riverwalk is just at the end of the street, perfect for your daily walk, yet the condo is just around the corner so your are still on a secluded private waterfront property.
The condo is on 1st Ave W and 15th street W; Downtown Bradenton Main Street is 12th Street a 4 minute walk. Downtown offers Saturday farmer market, stores, bars and restaurants. There is an aquarium, a planetarium and a museum, not to mention the brand new performing arts theater.

Rental comes with 1 covered parking spot, conveniently located directly across from the lobby door!
