Welcome to our beautiful 2 bed 2 bath condo in the lush surroundings of Shorewalk Vacation Resort. Our condo is just over 1250 sq ft with plenty of room for families of 4 or 5 or 2 couples. The condo has been re-modeled to a high standard with new tile in master bathroom and shower, new tile throughout kitchen/living area and tile on the enclosed lanai overlooking the lake. There is a TV in the living room and in both bedrooms. The kitchen has all modern appliances with a breakfast dining area. From the lanai you can watch life go by or relax on the deck by the clubhouse. There are 2 heated swimming pools for your enjoyment and also a Jacuzzi/hot tub. Play a game of energetic tennis on one of the two courts or shoot some hoops at the basketball court. There is also ping pong tables or a pool table for your enjoyment around the swimming pool area. Shorewalk has a 30 acre site of landscaped gardens for you to enjoy a walk around. There are numerous restaurants for lunch and dinner, Publix food store is a short walk around the corner as well as a movie theatre and bowling alley. The beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and neighboring Bradenton beach are just a 10 minute car ride away. Our condo will fulfill all your vacation needs and some... Great place, close to everything. A lot of room. High ceilings make it feel a lot bigger. Well stocked. Cooler beach chairs and umbrella a big plus. Very warm clean pool.

we would not recommend this condo, to any body because the furniture is very uncomfortable, not maintained very dirty, no bed linens ,picture of condo furniture different from actual ones shown love the area every thing in close proximity but would definately book a nicer condo!!!!

Beautiful holiday home

Fanatastic modern apartment with great AC just 10 mins drive from Anna Maria. Lots of equipment to utilise, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. Highly recommended.

Zeer fijne woning

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Woning was gezellig en alles was aanwezig. Communicatie met agentschap was niet van toepassing. We komen zeker terug.

Getaway to the beach

A lovely property in a great location. So close to the stunning beaches of Anna Marie island.

Florida Family Wedding

Our rental was great! The unit had very nice new bathrooms, comfy bedrooms and a beautiful new kitchen. We were very comfortable during our 5 day stay. Publix is right around the corner so we were able to stock up on breakfast items, coffee, snacks and drinks. The Condo is very well equiped with plush towels and linens and a fully equiped kitchen. A screened balcony and scenic landscape. We appreciated the cooler and beach towels as well. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town. Easy access for all of the beaches and a quick ride to and from the airport. Thank you Neil. He was a very accommodating owner!

Everything was perfect, just as described!

We enjoyed our stay! The amenities at the resort were a great surprise. Pools are big with plenty of space for multiple people. Pools were a little warm but it was hot so it happens. Otherwise everything was great. Owner responded quickly, gave us ideas for local restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Nice condo close to restaurants and short drive to beaches

Condo was in a good location 15 minute drive to beach and walking distance to grocery store or restaurants. 2 nice sized pools and hottub with good amenities for children to stay active with tennis, basketball and the clubhouse

Girls Trip!

The condo is spacious, clean and is close to everything! You have several beach choices and St Armands Circle! Close to grocery, restaurants, Walmart and Target. Easy to get around too.

Perfect for exploring the Gulf

Our family of five was very comfortable staying in this property, and there was room to spare. The kitchen was well stocked. There were options for enjoying meals: a breakfast nook in the kitchen, another dining area between the kitchen and the living room, a small table at the front of the condo where you could enjoy the open air, and a screened-in balcony (that you could access from the master and the living room) overlooking a lovely lake and pathway. Both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. There was a lot of room in the living room to relax together, and a total of three televisions (for when we wanted to be on our own). We were so close to dining and shopping, but also to Anna Maria Island and other enjoyable nature highlights. The renters responded quickly when we found ourselves in need of help, they were very generous with their assistance! I will be sure to share this amazing find with our many loved ones who frequent this area to visit parents and grandparents! Thank you for your hospitality!

Neil and Caroline Halfacre emigrated from London, England 15 years ago looking for the American dream. We found it here in Bradenton, Florida. We purchased our Shorewalk condo 7 years ago and have had many happy times there with our children Ruby and Charlie. What we like most is the safe atmosphere of Shorewalk and the fact that you can park your car and walk everywhere. Shops, restaurants, movie theatre, bowling alley and all the facilities of Shorewalk Resort.
