Our spacious 3 bd / 3 ba house in Mountain Side is the perfect location for your mountain adventures. You can walk to Frisco's Main St. & drive to the slopes. Enjoy all the fabulous Mountain Side amenities - Clubhouse with indoor pool, 3 outdoor hot tubs, sauna, racquetball & more. Enjoy the amazing views from the private hot tub / sun room. The 1 car attached garage is great for snowy mornings or storing bikes in the summer. Wi-fi. Your home away from home!

THE SPACE:
Great set up for a variety of guests - a large family to spread out, a family & grandparents, 2 families to share, a couples get-away, a girls weekend or a guys weekend. There's a bathroom for every bedroom! (Note: We are still adding some finishing touches but wanted to share the listing now.)

~ 2nd bedroom with Queen bed with attached full bathroom

~ 3rd bedroom in the lower level with twin over queen bunk bed as well as one twin murphy bed. (Top twin is ideal for a child or teenager. Ladder max weight is 150 lbs.) A third full bath is on the lower level.

~ The lower level has a second living space with a queen sofa sleeper & Smart TV. The perfect space for the kids or a second family.

The kitchen is well-equipped allowing you to enjoy home cooked meals during your stay. The bar counter seats 3. The dining table seats 8.

The living room has a wood burning fireplace, a Smart TV & DVD player.

Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine & the amazing views from our private sunroom / hot tub room.

There's a full-size washer & dryer for your use.

MountainSide has fantastic amenities. A Clubhouse with an indoor pool & hot tub, 3 outdoor hot tubs, sauna, racquetball court, locker rooms & more; tennis courts, sand volleyball court & BBQ grills. You also have access to a private lake. Just a short walk from our condo. Enjoy catch & release fishing and some peace & quiet & beautiful views.

OTHER INFO:
We have done our best to think of everything to make your stay simple & enjoyable particularly with families. We know traveling with kiddos can be challenging. We have a pack & play available upon request. Available so you can enjoy all the Mountain Side amenities: tennis racquets, racquetball racquets, a bike lock to keep your bikes secure at the bike racks in the garage, a volleyball, soccer ball, frisbees & pool towels. There is a backpack, picnic bag & yoga mat available for you to use. There are 3 pairs of snow shoes available for you to enjoy. There are also DVDs, games, books & kids books.

In case you don't want to disconnect during your visit - enjoy WiFi, our Smart TV & cable in the family room. I-Home charging station / alarm clocks are in the bedrooms.

LOCATION INFO:
Frisco's central location makes it a perfect choice for your stay all year round. Just 2 miles from I-70. Six ski & ride hills (Breck, Keystone, A-Basin, Copper, Loveland, Vail) within 30 minutes of Frisco. The free shuttle can help get you to the resorts.

And don't forget the Frisco Adventure Park. Winter activities include - tubing, sledding, sleigh rides, snow shoeing, cross country skiing & tumble bumbles. There's something for everyone! The Dillon Reservoir is minutes away with the Frisco Bay Marina offering lots of activities. There are many events happening all year round on Frisco's Main Street, nearby Copper Mountain, Breckenridge & Dillon. We can help you plan your stay.

GETTING AROUND:
Free Summit County buses can be accessed downtown or at the bus depot. Catch a free ride to most ski areas and the towns of Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper, Silverthorne and Dillon. Main St. is just a few blocks - a perfect walk or bike ride.
