*All from this beautiful upper floor 2 Bedroom water view condo which includes: access to the complex’s club house and its indoor heated pool, hot tub, games room, racquetball court, and 1 tennis court.
This two bedroom 1.5 bath upper level end unit condo at Jacobs Landing located in the front building with "Oceanview's" has two full decks for you to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets, while BBQing or enjoying a beverage.
This fully renovated (2022) condo has NEW beds, NEW cabinets, NEW flooring, paint, & bedding- all new! Upon entering the property, you will find a bedroom with a Queen size bed. This bedroom also has a nice large deck with a view of the water. There is a propane BBQ and nice patio set for your use and enjoyment. On the main floor you also have the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need to cook in, prepare a snack, dinner or family meal.
Gorgeous and tasteful furnishings, a nice Smart TV with cable, or bring your Fire stick- and a wood burning fireplace for those fall or winter stays. Off the living area there is also a deck that looks out onto the water. Catch one of Birch Bays beautiful sunsets!! Full size bathroom on the main floor with tub/shower and a washer and dryer. Upstairs in the loft area, is another Queen size bed and a half bathroom. The loft is open concept, spacious with cedar ceilings High speed internet & wifi included.
While staying at Jacobs Landing you will also have use of the clubhouse with indoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, racquetball court and games room. But don't forget your close proximity right across the street to the "beach", perfect for a beach fire to make s'mores, take a dip in the ocean, collect shells, go crabbing, kayak or paddle boarding and walk the berm. And steps away- all of Birch Bays famous restaurants & bars, some with live music & outdoor patios. Kayak & paddle board rentals, pedal bikes & so much more- right next door for your entertainment!

Perfect little get away!

The condo and location were perfect! Steps from the beach, kitchen stocked with anything you might need for cooking, beautiful views from the decks, and wonderful communication from management. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful!!

We had the best time staying here. Charming condo with thoughtful decor, vaulted ceilings, and gorgeous views! Beautiful, inviting community with beach, shops, and restaurants just steps away! Rosemary is so kind and happy to help. Just could not be happier with our experience. We would definitely recommend to family/friends and cannot wait to return!

Unpleasant Stay

Stayed at this condo for a couple days over Christmas Holiday. Started with walking into condo with a misty old smell. I had to use room spray and candle to help mask the smell. The bedroom downstairs has a horrible bed frame design, as we both kept stubbing our toes on it, due to how the bottom corner feet stick out. But most of all what mad this a Christmas stay nightmare, was from a horrible rotten egg smell coming from the water faucets & shower that was so bad it Ruined our stay. This was caused from the water heater. For how bad of smell this was does not happen overnight, but over time. I read up on it. When I brought this up to management they said there was nothing they could do to fix since it was a holiday. To me if you have a maintenance person for your condos. They should either have extra parts or go into these condos to see if there is any issues occasionally. The Only Option I was given was that I could move to another unit. Well thats a unacceptable option. Here’s why: when I have unpacked and would have to pack just to move to another room. And track all my things threw the snow since they don’t shovel the walk areas. And biggest reason is that’s it was Christmas and having to deal with this.

Fantastic unit, across the street from the ocean and easy walking distance to restaurants and market

My Parents reside in British Columbia and we live in Los Angeles. It is a wonderful family getaway place that easy for my folks to cross the border and for us to get to Birch Bay. Our VRBO unit was wonderful e and well situated for us to be able to walk to everything. Reservation process and Property Management were excellent!

Great location! Amazing views

We felt very comfortable in this rental. The views are very beautiful. It is a very relaxing and enjoyable place to take the family. The unit could use some updating, but overall it was very clean.

Musty and over used

The unit wasn't what I expected.... especially for the cost per night. It smelled like it hadn't been used in months. The smell reminded me of an old folks home....but it was clean. The management, Rosemary Black is top notch in making myself and two young boys feel satisfied with locating a unit that met our needs. Just because of Rosemary, I would return to Jacob's landing.
