Elegant townhouse with hot tub
Our home is a beautiful townhouse with large private garden. The house is 193 square meters on one floor, and there is natural stone tiles with underfloor heating (hot water).
The house has one large master bedroom and two bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other with double bed.
There are two bathrooms, one has shower and the other has dual bathtub with shower. There is unlimited use of hot and cold water while staying at the house.
There are two TV rooms, with Netflix and Hulu Live TV. Garage has been changed to secondary TV room with 65" TV and home entertainment system and Coca Cola cooler. High end washing machine and dryer can also be found in the garage.
Kitchen has high-end appliances and necessary equipment, as illy coffee machine and milk frother. Enjoy cold winter nights with nice music via Naim wireless music system or play the piano.
There is a large patio with hot tub, and you have a great view of the northern lights (when they can be seen) both from the patio and in front of the house. Hiking trail is just 1 minute walk from the house. Next thermal swimming pool (Grafarvogslaug) is within 5 minutes drive.
Downtown Reykjavik city is 15 minutes by car, or if you prefer to take the bus, there is a bus-stop 200 meters from the house.
This is a good place for family to stay for new year's eve, there is an excellence view of firework in front of our house.

This house is our home. We love the quiet surroundings, being able to view the northern lights from the hot tub gives you energy on the dark winter evenings. Hiking trails and cross country running trails are one step from the house and then there are two excellent golf courses within 5 minute driving.
