This beautiful open-concept, updated condo has a fully updated kitchen with wine bar, beverage fridge, and tons of counter-space for fun and entertaining.
The ground floor unit has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, tons of closet space and a nice sized laundry room.
There is also a Queen sized sleeper couch for extra guests.
There is one parking space assigned to the unit and extra parking spaces for guests.
Comes with everything you need - wi-fi, laundry room, 3 flat screen TVs, linens and towels (bath and beach), amazing bay views, and the beach only a short walk away (,5 mins).
In general, minimum lease is one month, starting on the first day of the month, and ending on the last day of the month. Willing to do a shorter term on a limited basis - please inquire.
The bay is just outside the condo. We see manatees and dolphins, lots of birds (herons, cranes, etc.), and beautiful views. For kayakers, Sarasota Bay is a terrific place to paddle, pedal, and fish. There is a kayak rental place just down the bay on the bayside, in easy walking distance.
Boat slip available upon request, depending on availability (reservation fee required).

Please note that we have recurring renters for the months of December andJanuary through March and we give them first priority to rent each year. We will know around the end of Jan 2024 or beginning of Feb 2024 if there will be any availability for December 2024 orJan - Mar 2025. If you have any questions regarding late 2024 or 2025 bookings, please send an Inquiry. We will not be able to accept any Booking Requests until we have confirmation on our current renters as to whether they are booking for Dec 2024 through Jan 2025. Thanks.
