This is a bright, well appointed house in a great location. It had everything we needed for our month long stay. The patio is private and pretty and it was nice to sit out on the cooler days. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great house and location

Joanna was a great host. The house was nicer in person than in the pictures. Great location and had everything we needed for a lovely vacation

Lovely month in LBK

This is a small but well appointed house. The grounds are lovely and communication was easy. We enjoyed our stay despite the chillier than usual February.

A lovely home away from home

The owner of the home is easy to communicate with and very accommodating as well. The location of the house is ideal…close to a beach, many wonderful restaurants, and Joan Durante park. The house and amenities are as described with a very private yard and great pool. We will return next year!

Longboat Key

This was the most well stock VRBO we’ve ever stayed in Love the large backyard, pool and short walk to the beach. Place was pet friendly, but would of appreciated being told that all beaches are NO DOGSAppliances are worn and the DW heat element is broken

Much needed rest and relaxation

This property was just perfect for my needs. The pool was fantastic and the home had all of the necessary amenities. I really appreciated the fenced yard and the privacy of the landscaping. The walk to the gulf was just across the road. I brought my Bernedoodle and there were plenty of areas to walk him. The property owner was very responsive with answers to questions and renting for the month was smooth and easy. Longboat Key was quiet and relaxing, but just a short drive to Sarasota or Bradenton.

Great month of vacation in March

Great location, easy walking distance to three good restaurants, and a convenience store. And easy to get to the beach. The backyard was fantastic for both us and our dog. We just wish the pool was heated. Master bedroom and bath were very comfortable. The second bedroom was very nice and good size. The third bedroom was like a college dorm room, but we did not need it. The owner was very responsive to our e mails and even accommodated our request for two additional nights. Excellent communication. Highly recommend for walk to beach and to some local restaurants.

Wonderful place to stay and vacation.

Lovely, lovely place. Everything you need is there to enjoy your stay. Communication with the owners was an A+! The location is so convenient to top restaurants, water activities, including a large, maintained pool, shopping and evening entertainment. We would definitely return. A true gem!

Such a nice experience!

This is such a quaint little home in an ideal spot. The pool is great! My kids absolutely loved it and got great use of it. The yard is fenced which is great. The beach across Gulf Drive is beautiful and quiet, even on a holiday weekend. The host is so responsive. Overall a lovely experience.

A perfect family retreat

Our little family thoroughly enjoyed the home, yard, neighborhood, and proximity to the beach. We were able to comfortably work and e-learn from the home.

4th of July trip

This is the second year in a row me and my husband stayed at this property for the 4th of July. Perfect location, you are just a short stroll to a beautiful private beach and a short drive to many amazing restaraunts. Joanna is very helpful and responsive from the second you book. We will definitely be back!

Excellent!

We loved this house. It’s so adorable and you can truly see the work that has been put into it. It is in an excellent location in regards to being near the beach as well as the neighborhood. Joanna is an amazing host that was excellent to communicate with. We truly loved this place and would visit it again and again!

Covid 19 cut trip short😷😎

House/Location was great , wish pool had been heated. Due to Covid 19 we left 2 weeks early, asked about refund. Not available, was offered a week in October, but we aren’t able to travel back at that time. I understand Covid19 is an act of God, but was hoping for some $ back!

Everything was great!

Thanks for this nice home away from home during our three month stay. The house is as shown in the pictures, everything was clean, communication with Joana was always friendly and easy, she helped with everything. Definitely recommendable!

Beautiful property , relaxing stay

Property was very clean and well taken care of. Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very relaxing with your own private pool to sit by and enjoy in the evenings. Very short walk to the beach , very private, no crowds, as beautiful as it gets.
