The vacation you have imagined finally becomes a reality. AM I dreaming is a bright and charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage located just one block from the beach. Inspired by the colors of the sand and sky, AM I dreaming offers custom artwork showcasing what makes Anna Maria Island so special. The master bedroom offers a king bed, spacious closets, and a private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The bedroom with a queen-sized bed connects to the fully-stocked kitchen; making it easy for guests to grab a cup of coffee before greeting a Florida morning on their own deck. A third bedroom has twin beds that will have guests snug as island sea turtles in their nests. There’s indoor dining for six, and a separate covered outdoor living space to grill and eat the catch of the day, sway on a swing, or dip in the pool. Keep your car cool in the garage, as the free Island trolley stops just across the street. Unplug and make memories with games, books and comfortable furniture made for conversations. When you need to be connected, count on free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and three flat screen TVs. But don’t be surprised if they don’t get much use; you may find yourself too busy making AM I dreams come true.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Loved it

We' loved our stay in Anna Marie Island. This apartment was in a great location - easy to get around. We enjoyed walking to the beach. The apartment was well stocked and an easy stay for my family. We'd definitely stay here again!Thank you

Wonderful location

We loved our stay!! The location of the home is perfect. The home was a great size for our group of six. The pool, garage, and large master bedroom were some of our favorite features. We would stay here again.

AMI Dreaming - Great Spot

Location could not be better - 1 block from beach access and on a major road with easy access to everywhere on the island, but far enough away from the shops/restaurants that it felt quiet. Inside was clean and bright! Only feedback is that both bathrooms seemed a little rundown compared to the rest of the home. They were clean and serviceable, and definitely no issues. The owner was clear that no beach toys or chairs were guaranteed, but we were thrilled to find a beach wagon, several chairs, and plenty of sand toys to make our days on the beach just perfect.

Great Location!

It was a short walk to the beach every day to see the sunsets and a short drive to shops and restaurants. The house was charming! Room for improvement? Replace the worn dishes.

Summer trip

I spent 4 amazing days with my husband, children (9 and 11yo) and my inlaws. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We spent time at the beach and bbq most of our meals. I had a small issue opening the door but management was super quick to respond. I also thought the toaster wasn't working and the next day management provided a brand new toaster, which we didn't need because my husband was able to fix the original one. It was an amazing stay!

Housing experience

Didn’t like there was no shampoo no dish soap no laundry soap and not enough Toiletries for the amount people. I rent like this every year and never have I had to buy these items Especially for what I paid

House was very clean and even nicer than the pictures. We liked the artwork as well. Great location. Very short walk to the beach. Relatively quiet even though it’s on the corner of one of the main roads. Would stay again.

Great location on AMI

Very nice property in a great location on Anna Maria Island. The beach was a short walk away and we we were halfway between the two main business areas on the North end of the island. The pool was small and wouldn’t be great for young kids to play in, but nice for us adults to cool off in and have a cocktail.

Amazing!

Property was located a block from the beach. Just a perfect location for my family vacation. House was clean and exactly as advertised. We rented during an extremely busy holiday week and had difficulty finding beach chairs to rent. So for a few days we had to use our beach towels. That was a tad disappointing especially when property was so close to beach. Wished house had just 2 beach chairs to offer and a cooler as well. Besides the beach chair issue place was great! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property in a gorgeous neighborhood

We really enjoyed this vacation home. The property is well cared for, stocked with all the basics you need to have a successful island stay. Our daughters could t get enough of the small, on property pool; and I enjoyed the master suite’s jacuzzi tub. The appliances work perfectly, everything came together for a fantastic time! Make sure to bring grill tools with you if you want to use the supplied gas grill!

Amazing property and great location!

We had such a great time at this house! The location was perfect and a very short walk to the beach! The only small complaint I have is that there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We had to go out and buy our own toilet paper and while it wasn't a big deal, it is the small details that can make a rental property experience amazing. I would still give 5 stars to the property and location and would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Anna Maria Cottage

The house is very nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked. The ceiling fans are a great life saver. The air can only be turned down to 74. Most of the time it is ok. However, There were a couple of hot nights. The pool is the highlight of the property. It is a joy to spend time outside. The beach is one a block away and it is breath taking. Over all it was a great experience. We would visit again. It was a wonderful place to spend my 50th.

Only one thing wrong.

The number of kitchen supplies was truly minimal. There needs to be additional supplies in kitchen. A whisk, a sharp knife, metal utensils for grill, etc.

Totally would do this again!

Hurricane Dorian was a huge problem for our vacation plans. The owner and property management was so accommodating and available every time we needed them or had questions. We would definitely do this again!

Location, amenities

Great location off Gulf drive. Close to beach access. There was even a cart in the garage to help haul things down to the beach. A few chairs and boogie boards as well. Plenty of linens. The pool is small and there were a ton of mosquitoes so it didn't get a lot of use. The house was very comfortable for 6 adults.

Cute house one block from the beach

Overall, a very nice, clean and comfortable home with a convenient location! Kitchen was well stocked and a good amount of bath and beach towels were provided. No beach chairs or umbrella at the house though. Pool was clean and refreshing but mosquitoes were out. We stayed in July so the thermostat warning to not set below 74 degrees made sleeping uncomfortable a few nights. And motion lights are recommended from the driveway to the stairs at night. Garage is locked so access to lower outdoor lights may be there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

With our youngest turning three, we decided to finally go on a family vacation that was beyond the drivable radius around our home to which we had been confined due to having a young child. We both work full time so it was very difficult to align our time off, so we wanted to make this a very special trip. My wife found this property one evening, and we both instantly fell in love with it. We submitted our reservation that night and received a response from Sato Properties within a couple days. Everything went swmingly from there on with respect to communication and responsiveness of the management company. On the day we arrived to pick up the keys, we were greeted very warmly and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They provided a small starter kit and very clear instructions. The whole check in process was quick, but we left feeling like family. The house was just as we had hoped and imagined. The kids absolutely loved everything about the house, especially the pool. It was literally a block from the white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of the gulf so we went to swim and watch the sunset over the water every single day. With any vacation, no matter how incredible the location, we all know how much the place you go to lay your head down to recover for the next day impacts the entire stay. Staying at this property and the interactions with the helpful and welcoming Sato staff truly made this the vacation to remember. どうもありがとうございました！We had an incredible time and will be contacting Sato properties again for our next AMI vacation and more memories for a lifetime!
