We were 5 couples staying for my 50th bday. The house was amazing!! Beds are super comfortable, property is beautiful!! We even had a manatee come up to the dock a few times, named him Walter. The area is gorgeous with beautiful beaches and water. We had the best time. Carolyn was always helpful and quick with responses. We will definitely be back!

This is an amazing place to stay. We are a group of 14 and the accommodations fit our needs. The property is perfect for watching a sunrise or sunset. The golf cart was an added plus! I would definitely recommend this property if you are going to stay at A.M.I.

We had a great time on our vacation. The location was perfect and the host were very easy to get a hold of. We all had a great time and would recommend anyone to stay here.

We had an amazing stay! The property had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beaches and watching the sunsets at night. Highly recommend this property!

A lovely property. The pool is large there is comfortable outdoor furniture. We could relax on the upper front deck and look at the ocean. The beds were comfortable. Quiet at night for a peaceful sleep..

The property was amazing and location excellent! Golf carts are a must:). Communication was great. Only thing was the listing pictures do not show a boat on the dock in the canal. This takes up the entire dock and limits access to it. We had fishermen who brought several poles with anticipation of fishing in the canal. Yes they were able to walk down the street and across to the bay but would have been nice to have canal access. Not the owners fault but was expecting dock access. Overall- a great stay and a great host!

A bigger reason not to fish in the canal is the roof top of the property across the street on Tampa Bay that a mini tornado flew into the canal. It has electrical conduits, Nails extruding, and is not a safe place to fish. I have in my listing that fishing is available across the street. It is not advertised anywhere that there is fishing in the canal behind us. The canal is disgustingly filthy, not clear or clean water like the Bay or Gulf are. I am so sorry this was not communicated in advance.

Great Location! Nice quite beach right across the street. Great number of beaches with easy access, walkable from the home. There was everything you needed for the beaches; umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys, towels, etc. Pool great feature especially with toddlers. Golf cart is a must! Made traveling with little ones easy. We had a great time! weather was perfect! We will be back?Thanks, Carolyn

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very easy to get in touch with the host. The house was well stocked. It was also very clean. The pool area was wonderful. As was the tiki bar. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops.

Absolutely LOVE this house!

Very clean and convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach! Beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen(s) have everything you need! We will be back as we feel like the host treats us with such great care!

We had so much fun at our stay at AMI. There were so many beautiful beach's (not crowded) and delicious restaurants. A great place to relax and watch sunrise and sunset.

Beautiful house, enjoying outside area - pool was warm and clean and tikki bar and many outdoor seating areas were enjoyed by all. Definitely would return and suggest anyone considering this rental to do so!
