A central Sonos sound system controlled by Ipad with 4 in-ceiling speakers connected to 100s of radio stations. Cable Box, Apple TVs connect to the TVs. 4 brand new Queen beds, all new beddings, appliances, and Washer/Dryer. Brand new kitchen with Granite Counter tops. Minutes from Ocean and Bay Beaches. House is fully furnished with everything needed to cook family meals OR go out to eat at the many restaurants in the area- from Hampton Bays, Shinnecock Canal, Southampton...... all within a few minutes drive.

For the kids there is the Riverhead Aquarium (16 minutes away), Children’s Museum of the East End, and South Fork natural History Museum and Nature Center, both in Bridgehampton (24 minutes away), and the Splish Splash water park and slides in Calverton (23 minutes away). An Absolute Sanctuary...

This house is an absolute sanctuary. We spent two months here with our family of five and it had every comfort we could require and then some. The clever layout allows for the kids to have their own independent space and the parents their own area. There are enough televisions so everyone can watch what they want, and the high-speed internet supported remote learning for three and working from home. The living room is cozy and the kitchen is well-appointed with every appliance imaginable but our favorite area was the garden. The owners have lovingly planted a variety of flowers and plants and we enjoyed watching them bloom. The shed had outdoor toys and bikes to keep us busy even when the pool was closed and of course after the pool was opened on Memorial Day, it was the highlight of our trip. Ponquogue Beach is only a ten minute drive away and we enjoyed picturesque walks in the neighborhood. Throughout our stay, Dominick was helpful and responsive, whether it was pool maintenance issues or technology questions. We cannot recommend this place enough and are looking forward to spending more time here in the future.

Perfect House with everything you need!

My husband two kids and I rented this house for a week and it was absolutely perfect for a week away in the Hamptons. The house is immaculately clean and the backyard and pool were so great- we barely left. The owner was so responsive and helpful with everything and even left us a few groceries for when we arrived. All of the amenities in the house are top notch and the owner even leaves paper towels, toilet paper, soap and toothpaste for guests. The house is about a 5 min ride to the ocean or bay beaches so the location is ideal. Overall it was a fantastic stay for me and my family!

AMAZING property & location - a must stay!

We could not recommend this property enough! We are a family of 5 (3 children aged under 10), and have just spent 10 days here. The communication with Dominick was incredible, prompt responses to all our questions before we booked and regular updates before our arrival, during and after our stay. The introduction to the area and house was detailed and really useful. The house itself is spacious SPOTLESSLY clean (I am a clean freak!) and well stocked. There was a lovely welcome grocery pack on arrival and a bottle of wine. The industrial washing machine & tumble dryer was great and always welcomed with 3 young children! The pool was perfect, could be heated and the kiddies loved the large inflatable swan . We made good use of the outside BBQ which again was in excellent working order and clean. The garden & pool were maintained several times during our stay and the bins collected regularly. The location of the house is ideal. It is a nice 20 minute walk to Hampton bays town centre and about 30 minute walk to beach & rumba restaurant (highly recommend). Probably shorter walk times for adults & older children! We explored many of the local towns in the Hamptons and Hampton bays we felt was the best position. We used the train a lot to go to places and the station is close to the house. There are many fabulous restaurants and bars in Hampton bays too. The hamlet & Hampton maid are great for brunch, cowfish, rumba, Oakland’s fantastic dinner locations. All in all it was a first class holiday, and we can’t wait to come back! Thanks so much for making our family break so enjoyable.

Cozy home nestled in the heart of the Hampton Bays

We rented this home for a girls get away for my sister who is getting married next month. It was in the perfect location- not too far of a drive to other restaurants and wineries if you wanted to explore the Hamptons. This was our first time in the Hamptons and we were very impressed with its beauty and the home itself. We had a list of things we wanted to do and explore but we found most of our days and nights lounging in the salt water pool. The house and yard are immaculate and had all the amenities you could ask for. Dominick was a pleasure to work with and we spoke the night before we arrived and answered any questions I had. I look forward going back with my family! Thank you for everything Dominick and sharing your lovely home with us!

Amazing!!

This house is so beautiful, I highly recommend if you have a big group!!! Everything is exactly as it looks in the photos and the pool is fantastic. Dominick was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would love to stay here again whenever I go back to the Hamptons!!

Great Stay, Perfect Family Location

We loved our stay at Dominick’s home & would return again. Dominick was helpful & responsive & the home came stocked with many extras. We were lucky to have awesome weather & fully enjoyed the new pool.
