Hello Lisbeth, As you noted in your review, the most important thing is that you had an excellent vacation thanks to this exceptional property. As we informed VRBO, we considered your complaints unjustified, given that the tenants before and after you reported no issues or malfunctions during their stays. There is, in fact, ample space to store and hang clothes in the wardrobes and on the racks provided in every bedroom. The freezer compartment of the refrigerator in the upstairs kitchen works perfectly. You must have altered the settings and lowered the temperature. We had it checked during the cleaning process prior to your arrival, just as we do for every guest. Additionally, there were two large extra freezers available for your use in the downstairs kitchen. Regarding the oven in the downstairs kitchen, it is possible that a previous tenant had dislodged a control knob, making it slightly more difficult—though still possible—to use. In any case, the oven in the main kitchen is more than adequate for cooking for 12 people without any issues. Regarding the water leak: upon inspection, it turned out the sink had become clogged during your stay, rendering the under-sink waste disposal unit inoperable and causing the leak that occurred six days after your arrival. We immediately called in an emergency plumber on a Saturday evening—at a cost of €1,000—though he was unable to resolve the issue. We then brought in another professional on Sunday morning who successfully cleared the drain and retrieved the debris—including rubber bands—that had caused the blockage. In short, you yourself were the source of the water leak... The tenants who stayed after you were delighted with their visit—as you can see on the site—and gave us a rating of 10/10 for our overall service... We have been renting out our property for 10 years and have never had any issues with our tenants. Best regards. Corinne et François
