If you dream of a quiet stay in Provence with friends or family, welcome to our place!!!

Take a rest under the trees or by the pool, go for a walk, play sports, taste the local wines, and tour the many colourful markets and typical villages of Provence.

Our 300 sqm 19th century Mas was completely renovated at the end of 2020. The house is set in a quiet green setting of 2,500 sqm, with a 10x4.5 m swimming pool. Enjoy total privacy in our fenced and beautifully planted garden.

The property consists of:

- on the ground floor:

1 large living room with exposed beams, 1 kitchen, 1 master suite (bedroom with a 160*200 bed -queen size- and ensuite bathroom with WC), 1 Provençal ceiling office with a convertible sofa (140*190, quality permanent bed), a laundry room, and guest WC.

- on the 1st floor:

5 bedrooms including 1 master suite (3 bedrooms with 160*200 beds, and 2 bedrooms with single beds, which can be configured as 160*200 double beds), 3 bathrooms, one with bath, WC.

Outside, the house has 2 terraces for lunch/dinner or an aperitif depending on the exposure to the sun, and garden furniture in the shade under an arbor.

A gas BBQ is available and 2 teak tables with a capacity of 8/10 people will allow you to share your meals outside with friends and family.

The pool side is surrounded by a teak beach (40 sqm), whre you can relax on sunbeds and deckchairs in the sun or under parasols’ shade.

A ping-pong table, a pétanque court, outdoor games (Mölkky, badminton, balls, etc.) and board games are at your disposal.

Our location is ideal for exploring the Region:

- 15 minutes away by car from Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Pernes les Fontaines.
- 30 minutes away from Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Beaumes de Venise, Gigondas, Vacqueras and Mont Ventoux (which you can see from the house),
- 45 minutes awat from the emblematic villages of the Lubéron.

For children, Parc Spirou and Parc Wave Island are 5 minutes away from the property, as well as Lac de Monteux, which has a beach for swimming and offers water activities (pedal boats, paddle boats, kayaks, etc.).

An equestrian center is located right outside the house.

The shops of Monteux are 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes by bike.

Easy to access, the house is located 12 minutes away from the “Avignon Nord” motorway exit, 20 minutes from Avignon city center, 25 minutes from its TGV station, and 50 minutes away from Marseille Provence airport.

Monteux also has an SNCF station located 10 minutes away from the property which connects the stations of “Avignon-centre” and “Avignon TGV”.

In summer, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
