One large bedroom with queen bed and a sectional pull out queen bed in the living room. Private laundry, entrance, living space and kitchen. Free wifi. Close to everything that Langford has to offer, parks, arena, pools & Shopping and just a short 15 minute drive to Downtown.

Quiet room, good kitchen, nice bathroom. Could use a couple of side table lamps, an iron and ironing board, and maybe a set of sheet for the couch pullout bed. Overall it's a lovely accommodation and i would definitely stay again and also recommend it to others.

Short summer stay

We stayed several nights in July while visiting Victoria. The place was very easy to access, had all the basics and was very comfortable. We enjoyed being able to do laundry.

Kitchen well-equipped with microwave, toaster, electric kettle, cooking utensils and dishes. There are only two barstools at the large island which are a bit high for comfortable eating. We loved being conveniently located to everything in Langford!

It was a great, clean place, exactly as advertised. The host was quick to respond when I couldn't find the door in the dark (my bad). My only thoughts: it would be nice to have a lamp by the bedside and the smallest Keurig for a single cup of coffee. But overall, it was a very nice place to stay and was in the perfect location for the event I was attending..

Great stay!

The property was spotless! Danielle was very helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had. We were so close to everything we needed and really enjoyed the stay! I would recommend staying here if coming to the Langford area.

Good location and a nice spot to stay. The window covering in the bedroom does very little to keep out light and there are no bedside lamps. Neither of these are deal breakers by any means, but could be easily improved.

Quiet and convenient

I stayed there with my baby and sister as a base to explore Victoria and area. It was a clean, quiet place tucked away from busy roads but close to all amenities. The host is very helpful and a great communicator.

Excellent option for family

Although the location was a little out of way in terms of visiting family in Victoria, the location is otherwise excellent. Everything you could possibly need is in Langford and you avoid the congestion of Victoria. Plus there are so many incredible places around Langford. The place itself has everything you need. It's very new, very clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Overall we were extremely happy with this property. The host quickly replied to any questions or concerns we had. Overall was very comfortable despite no AC during a heat wave- windows open in the evening quickly cooled everything down. Having the ability to wash clothing was a definite plus with a family. Honestly can’t say enough good things- the ultimate being the proximity to so many things (only 10 minutes to the Coburg Peninsula) and access to a beautiful lake! Will absolutely stay again! Highly recommend! Totally made our week in Victoria incredible!

Beautiful Victoria

The apartment was very nicely furnished with a great kitchen. The rooms are very spacious and tastefully decorated. The location is very quiet and there are several food markets nearby. Everything was to our complete satisfaction.

Nice place and great location

Quiet location and very nice. Bed could have been a bit more comfy and the pull out couch wouldn’t stay out properly. Overall a fabulous place and these little things were extremely minor things.

The property was clean and quiet. You are not able to park you car on the property, there is a gravel parking area where you park. I think the bedding could have been washed a little more thoroughly, it had a musty smell.

Sister Getaway

We so enjoyed our time here. Short distance to everything we needed. The trail next door down to Glen Lake was a pleasant surprise. The property was perfect. Nothing to add no complaints. We will stay here again.

Clean and quiet

We stayed for four nights with our family. The space was clean and surprisingly quiet. The in-suite laundry was a real bonus. There was a technical issue with the booking and the host took care of it and allowed us to enjoy our visit without stress. Overall a very positive experience.

Great location and cleanly.

We stayed a few nights to enjoy our vacation on the island.The home was nice and cleanly. Standard rules apply as any place would. Very quiet neighborhood. Great location. Owner was accommodating. We didn't need much from the owner, so communication can't be truly rated(a good thing). The home had everything you would need to stay in and cook or if you're wanting an evening out, there are pamphlets to browse through. The home had all amenities you would require if you didn't pack enough clothing(laundry in home).I have zero complaints.Thank you very kindly for hosting our stay.

Everything was good. The owner was really nice too. Just a little weird we had to strip the bed and start the laundry for the sheets and the towels we used as aside from the nightly rate we paid for, there were also a service fee of $50 and property fee of $75. But overall, it was a quite and clean suite.

Great spot! Nice and big kitchen with lots of windows. Clean and well stocked, laundry was super nice. My kid loved the playground across the street. My only thing is the pullout is not comfortable at all, was way too firm so I wouldn’t recommend as a second bed. The part that pulls out wouldn’t attach so it always moved during the night. There was also a big flight of stairs to get up to the unit so not good for anyone with a physical handicap.

Family visit

Clean & well equipped. Suggestions for improvement : Curtains/blinds on kitchen window(for those guests sleeping in living room) Ceiling fan in bedroom(to provide better air circulation in hot weather) Otherwise a pleasant place to stay, would stay there again!

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The bed can be more comfortable, but we had all we needed to prepare for a grad ceremony. It was a bit strange to be asked to remove all linens and start the laundry though, as cleaning fees were included in this booking. We didn’t mind doing it, but perhaps it would be worth reconsidering to remove the cleaning fee or to decrease the fee if this will be required from guests. Overall, a nice and comfortable stay.

Great location- could be so much better

The bed and the couch bed are very uncomfortable. The place was frigid when we arrived- we sat with our jackets on for a good 2 hours. The bar chairs are very uncomfortable for older folks. The location is great and all the procedures were excellent. A new mattress and a proper couch bed would go along way to making it great.
