This charming two-bedroom duplex has been thoughtfully updated while retaining its comfortable, classic coastal character. Located just 0.3 miles from Sea Street Beach, the home is an easy walk to local favorites including Dog House Restaurant, Woolfies Bakery, and Cleat & Anchor.

The home features an updated kitchen with appliances, an updated bathroom, hardwood floors, a skylight, and cathedral ceilings that give the space a bright and open feel.

For added comfort, window air conditioning is provided in both the living room and primary bedroom. The home also includes cable TV and WiFi.

Outside, relax on the front porch or enjoy the 6' x 7' rear deck, complete with a picnic table. The outdoor space also includes a gas grill and lawn chairs, perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors or relaxing after a day at the beach.

With its convenient location, thoughtful updates, and cozy coastal charm, this duplex is a comfortable home base for your next beach getaway.

Flexible Rental Options: Each side of the duplex is a separate two-bedroom unit that comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Rent one side for a smaller group, or rent both sides to accommodate up to 8 guests—perfect for families or friends vacationing together. Please note: there is no interior connecting door between the two units.

Special Note: Bathroom has stand up shower only.
Special Note: home does not have heat, please inquire for early spring and late fall bookings.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to the beach, ice cream and morning muffins. What more could you want. Worked out great for our family of 4.

Best week ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented one side and my parents rented the other. It was a perfect shared vacation. The house was clean, comfortable, centrally located to everything and super welcoming. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she was so sweet and grateful. I highly recommend this location, just leave a week for us ;).

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Great restaurants nearby. Just two issues we had during stay — the air conditioners did not really cool the small space and the garbage disposal situation needs to be fixed. Animals tipped over the garbage cans and tore through the garbage. There was no where to put waste.

Thank you for your review. We have forwarded this information on to the owners suggesting they may need larger window a/c units and a secure location to place the trash barrels. The wildlife can be a bit of a nuisance here on Cape Cod. Should the trash be knocked over during your stay going forward we would be happy to send maintenance to clean up the mess.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is in a fantastic location. Very close to the beach, Sundae School, and Chapin's. It's small but comfortable. An unexpected bonus was that the two ends of the couch recline. The outdoor shower is great. Grill worked well. My only complaints are that there were way too many throw pillows everywhere and every cabinet in the kitchen was full so there wasn't anywhere to put the food we brought - but I recognize the second issue is pretty common. I'd recommend this rental.

Perfect cottage for our family's vacation week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a very good experience for the second consecutive year at this property. * Location was as advertised. Overall, pretty clean and great space. Air conditioners/ceiling fan were exceptional. Love the small porch and being on the quiet street off the main road was a huge plus.A few FYIs/suggestions:* Add many more clothespins. There were only 3 clothespins to hang laundry to dry outside. Seems like a little thing, I know, but after a few windy nights, clothing was blown off the lines overnight and wasn't dry in the am.* There were tiny ants in great quantity in the bathroom for a couple days. There wasn't any food remains nearby FYI. Easy to kill/clean up but might want to check for any bigger issues?We had an amazing week here-- thank you!
