Steps to beach - 30 Union Wharf

This charming Dennis Port condo is just steps from the beach!! (2 min walk to closest beach, 5 min walk to Sea St. Beach).

Well maintained & clean condo has 2 bedrooms 1 bath and can sleep up to 4 people. The condo is located on level 2 (3 total). It has everything you need for a relaxing week on the Cape. The bedrooms feature 1 queen bed(with memory foam topper), 1 full sized bed (with memory foam topper), and a foldout cot. The recently updated eat-in kitchen is large and comfortable accommodates 5 people. large living room with 50” smart TV with apps, blue-ray DVD, and chromecast with free wifi. We recommend bringing your own firestick or streaming device. Fast cable internet (up to 400 mbs) , wifi, cable wire is available upon request. Linens included. No cable channels are available.

Once you arrive, grab your beach gear head to the beach, just a block and half away Sea Street Beach a short 5 minute walk away. After washing off in the outdoor shower, have a cookout on the associate grounds (picnic tables and charcoal grill available) while the kids run around play on lawn. Walk to ice cream and seafood restaurants or take a short drive to mini golf and shopping nearby.

Great Location

Great location right down the street from beaches. We took trips all over the cape and Elena is such a great host. She was there for us for anything we needed and you could tell she really wanted us to have a great time. We chose to go to beaches on the bay side and it was a quick car ride. Location location location is what is best about this place.

Great location on the Cape

Excellent communication from the owners from the very beginning, made staying at this location a very smooth process. Quick walk to a small beach or alternatively, perfect location to explore some of the other great beaches around Dennis Port. Comfortable and clean condo, has everything you could need. The owner Elena made some awesome recommendations which were very welcome and spot on. No hesitation in recommending this family retreat on the Cape.

A great place, value, and location

I can definitely recommend this beautiful Cape Cod rental. There was nothing to surprise or disappoint. It was clean and comfortable. The grounds were pristine and the beach was super close and had no rocks, so walking into the ocean was delightful. All amenities were close by and the quiet country roads are very scenic. The landlord was very easy to communicate and offered a ton of advice on things to do locally. She really wanted us to enjoy our stay in her home. I will be booking this place for next year.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again! The location was perfect for us as well as the time of year we visited. The beach was only about a two-minute walk away, and although it was a smaller beach area, we were able to walk along the shoreline in either direction for as long as we wanted. The property is also conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and ice cream shops. Holy Cow Ice Cream was our favorite and became a must-stop during our stay!The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the shower had amazing water pressure, and the large yard was a great bonus. We grilled burgers and steak on the charcoal grill, then relaxed outside with our books while enjoying the cool breeze.The neighborhood seemed quiet and peaceful, which made for a very relaxing getaway. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Great place for families

We are a family of 4, 2 parents and 2 kids age 3 and 5. We enjoyed our stay at Elena's apartment. We had a wonderful week of vacation filled with a lot of activities. We will cherish the memories made there. The advertise of the property was accurate. Landlord Elena was responsive and welcoming. She provided all necessary information for the property beforehand. Check in and check out was flexible (which is awesome). The apartment was suitable for us. We loved it. Furniture, bathroom, toiletries, cooking supplies... All was good for us. The place is nice and calm. There were a lot of family oriented activities offered nearby. Couple of beaches were on a walking distance and many more available with car. Grocery stores with artisan products were close by and in acceptable distance there was traders joe. However the best market around (with car) was by far: Ring Bros. Marketplace. Especially their pizza. Try it out.

I'd recommend it. Nice host, nice location

The location is about a 5 minute walk to a cozy town beach. We primarily used the property to explore other parts of the cape so we only slept there and ate breakfast. It served our purpose well. The outdoor shower is nice. Much of the interior has not been updated in years which may look dirty to some people due to the wear and tear. Overall, I'd go back and recommend to others.

Wonderful condo in a wonderful location.

Comfortable in size for the price, with a/c and nice furnishings, and a very short walk to a private beach. The beach is small, but we enjoyed it's privacy.
