Spacious four bedroom, two full bathroom home located just 1.2 miles from West Dennis Beach and .7 miles to South Village Beach! Set back in a private residential neighborhood, this home is sure to suit all your family's needs during your Cape vacation! This two story layout is perfect for two families or a multi-generational stay.

Amenities include central air conditioning throughout the home, washer/dryer, dishwasher, enclosed outdoor shower and gas grill. Home is equipped with a whole house generator. Don't miss out on this great West Dennis home! It's sure to book fast! 2025 Updates include new microwave, oven, dining chairs and larger picnic table for more seating outside.

Special Note for Spring and Fall stays: Opening and closing of outside shower is weather dependent. Please contact for details.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Trotters Lane 6 is a nice vacation home for families with young children. It is close to beaches and other attractions and has a nice backyard on a quiet street. It is roomy and comfortable, with all of the amenities. I should also note that it is a pleasure to rent through the Martha Murray agency.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week stay on Trotters Lane, it was close to South Village Beach and many other places we enjoy visiting in the Dennisport area. We loved the quiet neighborhood and walks around the 1/4 m. historic horse track. The only thing we'd change is the upstairs bedroom having an opening to the living room made it not so quiet and private, but we made the best of it. The home is well cared for and has a great location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time with our extended family and were able to easily hit the beach 5/7 days of our stay. I loved that the teens had their own room with 4 beds and a bath. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Only suggestion is to add ceiling fans to the downstairs bedrooms because we had to leave the bedroom doors open to have enough ac or airflow to sleep.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was OK but had an odd layout. 4 single beds in one room upstairs that had a full bath in it. Occupants of the other upstairs bedroom had to either go through the 4 bed room to use the bath or use the full bath on the first floor. The queen bed room upstairs is more like a loft vice private room as it overlooks the living room

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was spacious and plenty of room for all of us. Seven adults and two children.The only issue we had was the drain form the dishwasher was moldy and you could smell it in the kitchen. Seeing one of the adults was allergic to mold they had to avoid the area as much as possible. You could see the mold in the plastic drain pipe underneath the sink. Once this gets fixed, I'm sure it will be fine.
