At this 4th generation beach house we have Central Air-Conditioning, High Speed Wi-fi, a Fully Equipped Kitchen and Hardwood Floors throughout,

Outside, a gas grill, gas Fire pit, outdoor seating & dining; We have Beach Equipment ; Chairs, Umbrella, cooler & beach toys and games.

For the littles, we have a Children's library and 2 seater red wagon; booster chair with tray, and
a pack n play, if needed

There are kayaks available to explore Kelly Bay, Dinahs Pond and Follins Pond, at the end of the road.
We have Family Board and Card Games, HDTV with Roku, Netflix, Hulu.

All you need to relax, unwind and enjoy time together.

A beautiful and serene lakeside getaway.

My wife and I spent a memorable week at Judiths enchanting lakeside cottage. We loved relaxing on the deck overlooking the lake(and the ever present ducks!), while also appreciating the spaciousness of the cottage itself...the kitchen was truly well equipped, the bedroom and the dining room were very roomy. Best of all, was the delightful and large sun room, decorated in a most interesting fashion, with huge picture windows with lovely views of the woods outside. Overall, we had one of our best VRBO experiences, and have already told our friends that this is one special place!

Great vacation

We had a great week in South Dennis. The house was perfect for our family with four children. It was clean, spacious and the outdoor space with fire pit was a favorite- relaxing and quiet. It was also just a short drive to other places we wanted to explore on the cape, like the Chatham fishing pier, Wellfleet drive-in, and renting bikes to ride on the cape cod rail trail. We also really enjoyed Mayflower beach. Overall, we had a great week and would recommend to family and friends looking to visit.

Great space - one surprise.

Great space. Only surprise was we needed to rent linen's and towels separately - not sure if this is cape thing but we missed it in the write up on the space. Overall - great space for a family visit to the cape.

Great Vacation (Coelho’s)

Our stay was amazing and relaxing!! We had such a great time. Ms. Judith is very responsive with anything needed. The house was so comfortable and loaded with all the amenities our family needed. We hope to return to this wonderful home next year.

Best of both worlds

This property lends itself to quiet relaxation or participating in a variety of outdoor activities. Whether it be paddling, biking or playing tennis, all are easily accsssible from this lovely cape cod home.

Fantastic property

Very well-maintained property with all the amenities. Short drive to all beaches and shopping centers. Owner was very responsive to any need. Would definitely consider renting again.

Great house

Our family had a great stay here. It was perfect size for our family of four (2 little kids). Location was a quick drive to Mayflower and West Dennis Beaches. We also loved the outdoor shower and and fire pit!

Lovely Cape Home!

Very nice home with a great sunroom and nice deck in the back. Outdoor shower was used every day! Very quiet neighborhood with a short walk to pond. We hope to return again another year!

Great location

This was our second time staying at the property. Everything was clean and the house had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. We loved the close proximity to the beaches and the water at the end of the street. We spent a lot of time there paddle boarding and looking for crabs. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We hope to return again next summer!

Quiet, secluded residential house

Home in a quiet neighborhood encouraging rest and relaxation. Yet central Cape location close to all amenities. The property has everything needed for a carefree time away. Well appointed and beautifully decorated.

Perfect getaway!

Location, location., location…centrally located, cute neighborhood, Truly felt like a home away from home. Our 14, 15, and 16 year old children even said this was one our best getaways!

Autumn Cape-Cod Trip

We enjoyed our stay at this South Dennis home. The fire pit in the backyard made for cozy nights gathered around the fire. The home was comfortable for a family with kids' books, games, and toys. The only thing to be aware of is the house does not provide linens, such as sheets, pillowcases, or towels, so if you're traveling by plane, this might be an issue vs. packing some from home if you're driving by car.

Yearly cape vacation

This house was as pictured. It's very spacious eith a large living atea, sunroom, large master with king bed, second bedroom with full and twin and a hood size bathroom. The kitchen is newly renovated and has everything you need. The deck is nice although we really didn't get to use it much as we were gone most of the time. We did have issues with the Roku tv system. We're not used to dealing with streaming tv and prefer to watch live tv and news shows. Most live tv shows reqiired a sign in or code which we didn't have...we would have preferred regular cable tv, but that's just us. The only other recommendation I have is to put up a mirror in the master bedroom so you don't tie up the bathroom doing hair and makeup. Also, it's difficult to see the road when coming out of the driveway..shrubs need to be trimmed back. All in all we enjoyed our stay and had a great week.

Perfect place for families

We had such a wonderful time here. The home is just as advertised and very comfortable. It is very well placed on the cape and an easy drive to most places. Chapin beach was a huge hit and we loved walking down to the bay after dinner to watch the sunset. Would love to come back again!

Clean, comfortable family getaway on Cape Cod

Warm and Inviting!

We so enjoyed this lovely home! The minute we walked in we had a welcome feeling, We enjoyed the sunroom, the nice deck area and pretty back yard. How nice to be able to walk down to the bay, my grandson enjoyed looking for crabs and other sea creatures. We hope to come back again next year!

Great week in Dennis

We were able to communicate easily with Judith in preparation for our stay. The house is lovely and in an excellent location. We were able to access the bike path easily (even our younger family members) , had access to a variety of great beaches which we so enjoyed and access to a great park with a fitness trail. Great Property in nice quiet neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay in this property. A nice walk down to the pond at the end of the street was a plus as well. Great communication from the owner and would highly recommend.
