Great apartment right in the middle of downtown Ann Arbor. Super clean and comfortable. Easy parking out back. Having 2 bathrooms was great. Well equipped kitchen allowed us to stay in one night and cook a nice dinner. While there was a little bit of street noise at night, it really wasn't bad at all. Would definitely stay here again!

We are a family of 5 that lives only 3.5 blocks from this condo and we also own all the commercial space within the same building.
Owning real estate is somewhat of a hobby for us and we love short term rentals since we enjoy being a part of creating new experiences for our guests :-)

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This condo is in a perfect location for those visiting Ann Arbor and being a fan of local history, this condo was ideal - since most condos in downtown are new builds and tend to lack character.
