You just can’t beat the amenities and lakeside location of Lagoon Townhome. Located right on the bike path and within walking distance from Dillon Reservoir, you’re going to love everything about it, including some great views of Mount Royal and the Tenmile Range. The Clubhouse gives you access to not only the indoor pool and hot tubs, but also a gym, tennis court, shared grills and more. There’s something for everyone in your group to enjoy!

This lovely 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a perfect retreat for families or groups of up to four people. There’s plenty of seating and a large flat-screen TV in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to make fantastic meals for your group, with seating for four people at the dining table and room for four more at the breakfast bar. And you’ll absolutely love the views from the balcony!

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and garage parking for one vehicle (plus one outside parking place). And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Fris o Getaway

Property was located in quiet neighborhood. Private balcony overlooking mountains in background. Located next to summit county bike path. Easy walk through scenic path to Dillon Lake. Pool and clubhouse facilities were in excellent condition.Accommodations very clean and spacious. Good kitchen layout as well.Great spot to spend a few days in Frisco area.

Nice apartment, great location

We had a very nice time in Frisco. The apartment was just as advertised and a great location that was walking distance to downtown. Very close to A Basin and Copper. Nice pool and hot tub in the community. Highly recommend.

Overall satisfied

Overall pleased. Place was clean and nice view. Master bedroom is spacious. There are no windows in the bunk room. The condo is hot even with heat off and patio door cracked open.

Holiday stay

This was a very nice comfortable condo conveniently located in Frisco. The unit was extremely well supplied and very comfortable. As I had some work to go while away I appreciated the desk in the bedroom. The side room has twin bunks and unit would definitely be crowded if at max capacity but for two people it was great for us. We had some slight confusion at check in as the lock box for the unit was located inside on the wall outside of the entry door but when you pulled up there were about 20 lockboxes for other units which threw us off a bit but we straightened it out with the property manager.

Some good points and some not good at all

Nice location, a clean condo, a good garage for one car, and we enjoyed the fitness center/pool. But, only one of the two bathrooms was fully functional (one shower was down throughout our stay) and heating control was a significant problem for us with some rooms overly warm and others not so much. Cooling the condo is achieved by opening the windows - per the instructions given to us upon arrival! Our advice: make sure the plumbing and heating issues have been resolved before you sign up for this one.

Great two bedroom/two bath for skiing in breck or copper

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was great for skiing in copper and Breckenridge. We had 2 adults and 3 teens using the bunk bed room. It would get hot at night in the bunk room so we left the sliding door to the balcony open slightly the next night to cool that room. The bathrooms were updated and there was plenty of seating and space in the unit. The garage space for our vehicle was great because we had a ton of snow when we were there so it kept our car warm and dry. The unit was very clean and had games and movies for us to use. There are ski rental shops, Safeway, Walmart and restaurants all within a mile or two. Main Street Frisco is so cute and close too. Ollie’s, Pepperini’s pizza and hillside brewery were our favorites.

It works, except where it doesn’t

We had a great weekend here overall, but had a few issues: FYI for future guests, to get out of the garage you have to pull the rope hanging from the ceiling that looks like an exposed wire. When we asked the property manager how to get out because it wasn’t intuitive, she told me it was “obvious” rather than providing the specific answer. We had to ask someone else staying there how to do it. The room with the bunk beds and no windows is very hot and the thermostats are not working. It was between 77-80 degrees inside all weekend and nothing we did would make the temperature go down. Also, there were dirty dishes with food on them in the cabinet. We couldn’t locate a sponge to clean dishes so I am guessing that is why. There is no coffee, but there are coffee filters. Finally, if you stayed with the max number of people allowed there would not be a towel for each person. Fun selection of DVDs. But don’t get excited for Old School, it is missing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The codes to access the garage and condo were a bit confusing, but we learned. The parking spot is very narrow. There is no washer/dryer in the unit. We tried the one on first floor but it wouldn't work. Overall, the unit is OK. The showers were very small. The kitchen was well stocked.

The whole apartment was very well equipped. In addition, we had 2 parking spaces: one inside the garage and one outside. We also had a locker inside the garage. The kids enjoyed the club house. There is a Walmart across the street, as well as a Safeway and Whole foods. We rented our ski equipment from a place next to Walmart. The overall location was fantastic. We were 10 minutes from Copper Mountain at a much more affordable price (than having stayed at CM).

Great Location for Ski Resorts

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a Ski trip and it was in a great central location to Keystone, Vail, and Breckenridge. The property has a full stocked kitchen with everything you could need. The blinds in the living room and patio door handle was broken but otherwise it was in good condition. We had an issue the night we arrived with the master bedroom outlets, lights, and WiFi not working and they had a maintenance come figure it out even though it was in the middle of the night. The bedroom with the bunk beds gets very hot at night in the winter and the unit doesn’t have A/C and that room doesn’t have windows so you have to sleep with door to the patio door open to cool it down. They do however provide fans that we put in that room as well. We also enjoyed using the humidifiers they have available. The hot tubs were a great after a long day!

Great spot for families

The location is a great spot. Close to stores and restaurants. The apartment has everything we needed to be comfortable. Parking was easy, 7ft clearance on the indoor was to small for my suburban and rooftop box, but there are about 6 parking spots close to the garage outside that worked. Heating is not really adjustable. The room with bunks was a little hot, but second floor appt allows for leaving screen doors open for the other rooms. We were comfortable. We had a great vacation with 4 ski days and a mountain snow hiking day up to rainbow lake. Great week!

Reviewer Comments: Hello, I don’t expect much when I book a place in a high tourist area like this small ski town, however I do expect to have the basic living functions functional. There is no A/C on Heat which does not work well at all!! The room was either extremely hot or at best uncomfortable during the 3 night we where there. In the manual for the home it states if the room gets to warm open a door or window... we could not get the room cool at times even with the heat unit turned off all day it would still run at times which was not comfortable and just crazy that something like this doesn’t work and has not been addressed.The screen door was broke (which I fixed) in fear that they would charge me. All dresser drawers were broken as well, two sets of towels per bathroom for 4 days, and neighbors that don’t want airbnb people there as they banged on the ceiling at 7:00pm as we moved in our bags and spoke loudly at most (only two of us) so yeah it’s a condo with dated amenities. A good location and not bad for the price. It’s always nice having extra space compared to a hotel. These are the trade outs from a hotel but one last thing that was not good at all was the parking.... Never have I seen a tighter parking garage as this one... if you have suv or pickup it will never fit and finding parking for guests is not close.

Pretty decent place

The temp control is definitely out of whack. It’s super hot in the unit and especially the bunk room. I had to use the dirty humidifiers, but not much relief. It’s an older building but the furnishings are nice and it was pretty clean, newer carpet. Overall would recommend, maybe bring a good humidifier .

Colorado Ski Getaway

This is a really nice condo in a great location. It is tastefully decorated. Master Bedroom bed is very comfortable. It is also nice that there are two separate bathrooms. The kitchen has all essentials and plenty of dishes. One issue we experienced was that the second bedroom is small and jam packed with two bunkbeds. There is no space for anything else in the room. It is difficult for an adult to stay in there, much less if you had multiple adults in there. I think it would be fine for small kids. The other issue that comes in to play, and makes the second bedroom really hard to sleep in is that there isn't any control over the heat. It is very hot in the unit overall and especially in the second bedroom. Most of the time we were in the unit we had patio doors open to cool it down. Even with the heat set at 60 it still stayed 75-80 degrees.
