Welcome to our one bedroom Condo at Mountain Side Condominiums in Downtown Frisco. In the heart of ski country, conveniently surrounded by 7 world class ski resorts all in your backyard. The unit very comfortably sleeps 5 with Queen Bed in the bedroom and an extremely comfortable memory foam queen sleeper sofa in the living room, along with a twin Murphy Bed contained inside the TV cabinet. The balcony is equipped with a brand new Weber Grill and backs right up to Peak 1 for phenomenal views winter or summer. The Summit Recreational Bike bath is a few steps away out the back door, the Frisco Marina, Lake Dillon, and Main Street Frisco are all less than a mile away from the front door. Unit comes fully equipped with Comcast Cable TV in Living area and bedroom with easy HDMI hook up in the living area for gaming systems. Free Wifi, and a fully equipped kitchen with Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Microwave, Air Fryer, Electric Cooking and abundance of cooking pots, pans, utensils. All rentals are equipped with towels and fresh linens for all beds, paper towels, toilet paper, dish/body/laundry soaps, trash bags, coffee pods, and other various essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The Condo unit is located about as close as you can be to the indoor Pool house, with large indoor pool, locker room, sauna, 3 large hot tubs, laundry, fitness center, and study area. Great place to stay for a get away in any season winter or summer to enjoy the beauty of all there is to enjoy in the Colorado mountains of Summit County!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway. Perfect location, very clean, excellent communication with owner and exactly what we needed to make our stay everything we were hoping for. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is in a very good location close to the clubhouse for those who wish to swim, use one of the hot tubs, or do some general working out. The hosts are extremely accommodating and punctual. The condo is very clean and quiet.

Lovely condo in a great location. The deck is especially nice; private and peaceful, facing a mountainside full of Aspens and buzzing with hummingbirds. The space is absolutely perfect for a couple or small family. It's a very easy walk to Main Street, filled with shops and restaurants. Very clean and well appointed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This was just what we needed to get some relief from blazing hot Kansas City. The unit was perfect for us. Very close to the bike trail. Walkable to Main Street Frisco and all the shops and restaurants. The entire Mountainside complex is beautifully maintained. We’ll for sure have this unit on our list for a return visit.

Great accommodations -- awesome location!

I didn't even realize how walkable this was to downtown Frisco -- an extra bonus! Access to giant hot tubs at the clubhouse, parking spot in the garage, super convenient to tons of ski resorts. We loved our stay!

I first want to say that Luke went over and above in communication about questions that I had. He was very quick to respond, very knowledgeable and ready to help resolve issues in a timely manner!!!!The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped as we made all of our meals in the condo. The view off the deck was beautiful and very quiet. We could see the bike path from the deck, but there was a little field that separated us from the path. There are resident hummingbirds that kept us company while eating/relaxing on the partly shaded deck. I believe the condo was the perfect size for two. It might be difficult for four unless you’re dealing with small children. The garage is right under the condo and just a few sets of steps which made it very convenient.The hot tubs were clean and not crowded, but that may be because of the time of year. It looks like it could comfortably accommodate many though, if it had been crowded.All in all, if we were to visit again, we would stay here as it was a great value and a sweet location.

We had an amazing ski trip last week with our 2 boys. Luke & Kristin’s condo was in a fabulous location so close to both Copper and Breckenridge. The covered parking is such a plus and the unit just up one small flight of stairs and also so close to the fabulous clubhouse. The condo was both clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a few questions during our stay and Luke responded within minutes. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We love the town of Frisco and this was the absolute perfect place to stay within minutes of the downtown charming streets. Great food! Salt and Bread was amazing. We even looked at property in the area. Luke was so accommodating! I’m mediate attention to any request. I thought I would need an iron, but he had the most amazing steamer there that I had one on order before I arrived home. Luke has every amenity that you could need! I used to have a Vrbo and mine was stocked the same way. I sold that house and the first thing the new ownersdid was get rid of every extra cooking hot, skillet,pan, utensil, plate or glass… When I went back to stay at that house, I found so many things missing, that I needed. Thank you so much, Luke! It was a wonderful home and a wonderful stay. You are definitely a super host!

Relaxing Stay!

Condo was clean, well stocked for cooking, super cozy, and right off the bike path with great access for walking and hiking. Owner very responsive for any questions/needs, made for a relaxing stay and would definitely rent again! One of the nicest condos at Mountainside!

Frisco condo

We stayed here for 5 nights to ski at Copper. This is the perfect area to stay.. short drive to mountain, restaurants and stores. Frisco is very quaint, easy to navigate around. We loved the hot tubs, and the kids loved the pool.

Great spot

This is a wonderful place to stay - the condo is clean, comfortable, and functional, and has great proximity to Frisco/skiing/etc. The clubhouse hot tubs/pool are delightful, and Luke is a great host, and easy to work with.

Great spot, great owner

The place was beautiful and very easy to check-in to. Luke was very prompt in responding and very helpful. Great location and easy commute to the ski resorts.
