Fully furnished, newly renovated two bedroom, two full bath apartment that is centrally located in downtown Saskatoon with underground parking. Perfect location for your stay or visit in Saskatoon. The property is conveniently located 5 minutes from popular 8th Street and 5 minutes from the University of Saskatchewan.

The property sleeps 4, both bedrooms feature a queen size bed. The master bedroom includes a master bath. The common bath is across the hall from the second bedroom.

The property has a third room with desk to suit your needs if you are traveling for work.

The kitchen has everything you need for everyday comfort during your stay. Rent also includes front load washer and dryer, Cable TV, and WI-FI access.

The perfect place

Would highly recommend and stay again without question! Great location. Very clean and spacious. Easy and friendly check-in. Every amenity/appliance available for a comfortable stay.

Fantastic central Saskatoon location

This apartment is well appointed and in a great location. Tanya was really helpful and quickly picked up messages both before and after we arrived. The finishings of the apartment are to a high standard making it a very comfortable place to stay. Easy to walk into the city centre including Midtown and the river districts. Underground car parking is helpful too. Would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Well equipped, recently renovated corner suite. Perfect for our stay visiting relatives in Saskatoon. Nice location close to the river, and to town centre.

Saskatoon retreat

We were there with our in-laws and we all had a most enjoyable stay. We were close to other family and we had room to visit with them over a supper - and we were so close to the riverside park where so much was going on. Enjoyed Shakespeare by the Saskatchewan (in a terrible deluge but the show went on!), Pets in the Park, Taste of Saskatchewan, lots of golf in the area. The condo was just perfect to recharge our batteries and on to the next activity - rain or shine! When we had questions, Tanya was at the other end of our messenger to help us out. Had a great time! Thank you!

Great location and comfortable suite

Tanya' suite is a perfect spot close to the centre of town and the river. It is very comfortable with ample room, pleasantly decorated and clean. The suite has everything you need for breakfast at the island to preparing full meals and dining. It's an ideal location! Easy walking distance to the centre of town, or two blocks away for a river walk. It's quiet and comfortable.

Weekend Home Base

We had several family members from out of town in for the weekend. Our stay was top drawer. The condo was clean, comfortable and extremely adequate for what we needed. The location was great, close to the river and to downtown. Tanya was a delight to deal with. Any questions we had were answered quickly. She made this very easy for us. We would definitely recommend!

Great location and very convenient to walk to the downtown district, broadway street and also the RUH, etc. The apartment is beautifully renovated and well stocked. Tanya checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and have everything I needed. Would definitely recommend this host/place and stay again.

The condo was very clean and all the amenities were there for us. Very handy to the downtown. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. All in all, it is a great place. And very quiet area. I would highly recommend this place. Tanya was excellent.
