This was an excellent place to stay, clean, fully equipped with anything you could ever need while travelling away from home!! My daughter and I stayed here for dance competitions and it was perfect for us!!

Well stocked kitchen and very spacious and clean space. Some wear and tear on furniture, but a great place. Lots of windows and natural light and a great location for walking or driving.

The location was very central - walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, river, buses, etc.There was a little too much attention given to automatic gadgets, like automatic curtain closures/opening, motion operated gadgets that seem to not work all the time.To make the place a little cozier would be better in our opinion.We did notice some spots on the bath towels so we recommend buying new once!

Great spot for 4 adults, bright clean, easy access to riverbank walking trails. Fitness room in condo building great bonus. Wifi temporarily out for a day for unknown reason was a bit of a hassle, but manager did try to fix.

Great place to stay

This is an excellent place to stay. It is exactly as advertised, check in was painless and the host is extremely helpful and provided great information which helped us out while we there visiting Mom who was in University hospital. The location is great and there are many restaurants within walking distance. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely condo. Big windows to enjoy the beautiful sunshine. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful. I will stay here again when I come back to Saskatoon.

It’s a lovely, cozy apartment in a prime location. The property manager made every effort to ensure that the tenants had the best possible time while they were there.

Excellent communication with the host and co-host in preparing for our arrival in addition to during our stay. Our flight was delayed by several hours requiring the co-host to meet us at 3 AM to ensure we had access to the suite and that all was in order. Much appreciated by us and just one example of the commitment and attention to detail demonstrated the hosts of this property.

Saskatoon adventure

Two friends and I were visiting Saskatoon and vicinity to see the whooping crane and sandhill crane migration. This area is a great migration path so birding is great. This condo is central and easy to get in and out of town in all directions. It was a clean and relaxing condo and close to restaurants.

Great Location

We were in town for a week long conference that was just a short walk away. We had our 8mo and a babysitter and it was easy for them to pop back and forth but also explore downtown. The designated parking spot was very handy. There was a pack and play and high chair seat that saved us bringing our own. The gadgets were a bit much but maybe savvier people could get them all to work properly.

Sisters’ weekend

This unit was well appointed and really well equipped - spices, coffees, olive oil and red wine vinegar, so no need to pack the basics. The apartment’s smart technology was frankly smarter than me. Our host, Ian Brown responded very quickly (and patiently) to all our questions. My only suggestion would be that the list of amenities stipulate that there are 2 beds and a foldaway cot.
