Wonderful stay. Spacious, beautiful and clean condo. Beautiful gulf views and fantastic pool. Well appointed, comfortable beds. Easy communication with property management. Would definitely return!

Great location

This condo is amazing! The view of the ocean from the balcony is breathtaking. You have pretty much everything you need in the condo plus within walking distance to restaurants/seaside. The pool overlooking the ocean is another huge plus!

Beautiful condo in center of everything

This condo had everything and an amazing location. Beach views from windows and balcony. Surfing Dear restaurant is under condo and so delicious.

Viridian #203 Spring Break 2019

The condo was immaculate! Very clean and spacious. The location was great for both adults and kids. The views were breathtaking! The checkin/checkout process was very easy. We did have two maintenance related issues - one of the automatic blinds in master bedroom was not working so it did obstruct the ocean view and the door handle to the front door broke. The blind was never fixed during the week we were there but the door handle was fixed very quickly! Overall, we would stay there again!!

Apologies that we could not get the repair company out to repair the electric blind during your visit as they were backlogged. The blind has since been repaired and is working perfectly. nice condo/ rental agency subpar

The condo was nice and the common area was very spacious. It could have been better if one of the 3 sofas made into a bed. There was a nice semi private room off the kitchen with a sofa and large tv but would have been more useful if the sofa made out to a bed. I found having 4 different codes to access everything very irritating and a pain, the only code easy to remember was the condo gate code. The gate to the beach from the pool area was very hard to work and several other guests at the pool also struggled getting in and out of that gate. Robert from Dune Vacations was extremely rude when contacted per your move-in instructions for no reason at all. He had a bad attitude and was perturbed from the moment I said hello. I was cut off mid sentence more than once and called a sir because he refused to take the time to listen to my voice or anything I had to say. and the only reason I called was because YOUR move in instructions told me to do so before accessing the unit. When notified about his inappropriate, rude attitude it wasn't even acknowledged. How hard is it to apologize for your staff. Upon check in the condo was clean on the surface but we later discovered smelly stains on the beds, luckily the next day they replaced the smelly comforter. I give it a 3 because even thought the condo was nice I question the cleaning staff and hope to never have to deal with Robert again. I personally feel their lack of professionalism for a condo of this price unexceptionable.

Four Guys annual Trip

This condo has a full view of the Gulf....Spectacular ! Interior is upscale and very comfortable. There are no cocktail glasses. Buy plastic before you come. The restaurant on the ground floor has good food and service; plus, so close.

Great location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was wonderful having access to the beach , pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location & view!!!

We loved the location of this property and the views from the living area/kitchen and master bedroom are stunning. It's exactly as pictured in the listing photos. We were a group of only 4 adult women, but this condo would VERY comfortably accommodate a group of 8. Plenty of room for lounging, dining & entertaining. The one caveat to this condo is that the property management group completely strips the kitchen of EVERYTHING after each stay, i.e. anything that could be left for subsequent guests such as spices/seasonings, etc. So don't forget anything when you provision the kitchen because there's absolutely nothing there other than appliances, dinnerware, utensils for cooking, etc. Other than that, our stay was perfect. Highly recommend! Tip: take a walk to Great Southern for happy hour 3-5pm, and be sure to have dinner at Surfing Deer, the restaurant on the ground level of the building!

Fall Getaway

Loved being at the beach in October. It was beautiful! Wished our condo had access to a grill. Nothing better than fresh seafood and steaks on the grill.

Easy, spacious & great location

Great, spacious condo. Across the street from the beach with easy beach access and awesome pool. Stayed with my wife, our 4-month old son and my parents. You’re right on 30A, which has its pros and cons. Close to everything, but plenty of traffic/street noise. You also get all the smells from Surfing Deer, the first floor’s restaurant. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Roomy with an amazing view

Viridian 203 is a fantastic space. Extremely roomy, very nicely decorated and convenient to the beach and local restaurants.

Spring Break

Large Lovely condo. Convenient quick beach access and adjacent to seaside. Pool is small and across street. Not private (should be but gate was never locked) nice view. 1 parking place in a VERY congested lot. Street noise is horrendous. Traffic kids music motorcycles honking etc and trucks as well as dune restoration beginning at 7 am with dump trucks dumping sand. Surfing deer below condo is has great food and service but is lous until 11 pm too. Maybe off season would be quieter. Also as soon as whatever is built on empty lot across street there will be no view of gulf.

Great, as always.

Stayed here many times in the past. Always great. Will be back next year. Only complaint is the WiFi was very poor and intermittent. Not usually the case.
