Home Details: This cozy (hypo allergenic) cottage is decorated in classic and breezy colors. The downstairs open floor plan offers a living room with a flat screen TV, Apple TV and Wi-Fi, a modern well-equipped kitchen, dining for eight and a powder bath. Upstairs is the master bedroom (king) with a private bathroom (pair of vanities, shower and bathtub), a guest bedroom (king) and a bunk room (four twin beds) share a hall bathroom (pair of vanities and shower). Each bedroom has a TV and the tower room offers sunset views.

‘Phenomenon' is a relaxing, updated 3 bedroom/2.5 bath beach cottage located on the historic east side of Seaside just steps away from the adult pool, covered pool, croquet lawn and tennis courts. Private beach access is available at the Tupelo Pavilion and a short stroll brings you to Seaside’s famous restaurants, chapel, stores and all of activities that 30A has to offer.

**There is an additional cost to use the 3 pools and fitness center in Seaside. This charge is optional with Sandpiper Vacation Rentals. The cost for this cottage is $84/day. Please alert us after booking should you wish to add the "Seaside Amenity Passes" to your reservation. Seaside requires the passes to be purchased for the entirety of your stay when ordered.
* Please note minimum age for renters is 25, no pets, large parties or more than 8 guests or guests under the age of 6.
