Cozy, beautifully decorated queen bed studio. We are located 2 1/2 blocks from downtown Ketchum. The studio has a small under the counter refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. We are 1/2 a block from the bus stop to take you to the mountain or up to Sun Valley. You will love the fact that you don t have to drive anywhere. You can walk or take the free shuttle. The studio is located on the bottom floor of our three story townhouse. It is at the end of the street in a small quiet 10 unit complex.

Super convenient cozy studio

We only stayed one night in this very clean and comfortable studio which is located right in the middle of town/Ketchum. The studio is exactly as described in the listing. Terry was very responsive and helpful for check in and check out. There is a nice coffee set up for wake-up and the bathroom has everything you might need plus easy parking. Thank you!!

Great Location

The space is very homey and comfortable. The location is great to walk around Ketchum, but still have quiet at night. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to any couple looking for a quiet, comfortable, convenient stay.

Overall it was good. At the door entrance was the indoor stair to the open living quarters of the managers upstairs which felt uncomfortable.

The studio was small but comfortable. The host was very friendly and willing to accommodate any needs I would have. On a snowy day the host cleaned my car off !! Amazing

Easy to everything you need.

Like a honeymoon suite. All we needed. Short walks to bus stop, grocery, resturants, even downtown.

Wonderful location and hosts!

This property is located at just a couple of blocks from downtown Ketchum, so I parked my car and walked everywhere for a week. And the hosts were so attentive, answering all of my questions, and making great suggestions about the events during the holidays. They even decorated the condo with Christmas memorabilia, lots of cheer for the holidays!

Small but quaint

Cute studio with all amenities but it was part of the owner's home so we felt like we we're invading their privacy. They were very nice and understanding when we shortened our stay due to rainy weather. No view from the room.

Maria is a school teacher at the local Hemingway STEAM School. Terry is the manager of the Seattle Ridge Day lodge located on top of the mountain at 9670'. Combined they have lived in the valley for over 50 years so they know Sun Valley and all the in's and out's. We can help you find that special restaurant, hike or the perfect ski run....
