Cozy modern Sun Valley condo

Come have an adventure in this classic mountain town, with year round activities. Stay in our private modern yet cozy ground floor condominium with one bedroom, one bathroom and a pullout couch in the living room. Located in the Elkhorn - Sun Valley area, minutes from town as well as Dollar and Baldy ski mountains.

Space information:
The one bedroom comes with a queen sized bed, and the living space has a full size sleeper-couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, crockery, silverware, and basic condiments such as coffee, tea, spices and ketchup. The bathroom has a shower/bath combo with shampoo, conditioner, soap, a blow dryer provided. The condo also comes with a washer/dryer combo machine with detergent provided.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire condo. As well as access to a pool and hot tub upon request.
The pool and hot tub are seasonal. Hot tub is open during ski season. Pool and Hot tub open from Memorial day and usually until Mid September depending on weather. If you want access be sure to contact the host with all names of guests as each person will need an amenity card. HOA is closed on the weekend so be sure to request cards at least a few days before you visit.

Transportation:
Public transportation is easily accessible with a couple minutes walk from the unit. Directions to the bus stop will be available with the scheduled bus times.

No pets. No Children under the age of 13. Maximum of 4 guest.

There will be a $500 fine for any pets.

Excellent property, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Clean, spacious and very well equipped, It was very comfortable, with many thoughtful touches that really made it a home from home.

Lovely deck space, with a grill we did use, beside a water feature. Comfortable bed and great shower. Kitchen well stocked. Large swimming pool and hot tub.

My husband and I stayed here for a week at the end of July and really enjoyed ourselves. The location was great, close to Ketchum and all the benefits of town, but far enough away not to be in the hustle and bustle. We did a ton of hiking, and it was a great home base for exploring the Sawtooths. Parking was super easy and right outside the door. We loved having our morning coffee out on the patio and enjoying the little creek that ran through it. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. We thought the bed was comfortable as well. The price was super affordable.

Cute and cozy in great neighborhood. Just what we needed. Only suggestion is a new mattress would be great. Everything else was wonderful.

This condo was PERFECT!Clean, cozy, and convenient. The bed had a comfortable mattress with nice linens, and the bathroom had soft cudly large towels. There were amenities like good lighting throughout, well equipped kitchen, and nice size tv with ample channels. We wholly enjoyed our week long stay, and highly recommend it. If we are lucky enough for a return visit to Sun Valley, we would love to stay in this lovely condo again.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, but overall this condo was good value for the price. Wish the hot tub was included with the price and not an additional charge

I'm sorry you found the bed uncomfortable I have always received compliments on the bed. I do understand that we all have different comfort levels. The hot tub is not an extra charge. I pay a monthly and an extra annual fee to provide access to my guests. I only need all guests names prior to arrival as each guest needs their own amenity pass.

We’ve never been to Sun Valley before and could not have picked a better location. The condo was spotless, had everything we needed and it was very quiet. The hiking was amazing and we had a great time!
