Welcome to our Cabo-Chic Oasis!
Enjoy this one-of-a-kind property & vacation Home overlooking Land’s End, the Beach and Cabo San Lucas! Just 15 minutes from Medano Beach & all that downtown Cabo has to offer! After a day at the beach, return to this beautifully furnished, indoor/outdoor living home in a newer gated community. Relax poolside, or walk up to the nice clubhouse.
If you are looking for a place to walk out your door & party on Medano Beach, this is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for a Tranquil spot, with easy access to all that is fun in Cabo, but not "in the middle of it all", then this is a great opportunity! Perfect for 2-3 couples, or families with children who want a quiet, safe & secure location with beautiful views, luxury furnishings, heated pool, and a relaxed setting.
If the private pool & million dollar view at the home are not enough, take a short walk up to the Ventanas clubhouse! 2 Pools (one family & one adult infinity lap pool on the 3rd floor). Or visit the fully outfitted workout rooms for some exercise.
Clubhouse access is included in your rental & they offer some children s activities, yoga & meditation classes (Check with them when you arrive for the weekly schedule).
This is your home away from home & all yours to enjoy without interruption! But if you would like any assistance at all to enhance your stay, our property manager can help with planning transportation & excursions, food shopping, catering & small event planning. Just Ask!

George & Erica from Portland, Oregon. We have been traveling to Cabo with our Daughter Sikha (now 16) for many years & fell in love with the Baja culture, the people, and the Cabo lifestyle. We were blessed to be able to find this home and want to share it a few weeks a year with family & friends, and a few weeks with new VRBO friends! At some point it will be our part-time home in the winter, but for now, we are sharing it with you!

Ranch-Style 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath homes in Cabo are few & far between, and this one is newly constructed. We wanted to be 'off the beach' in a quiet & safe neighborhood, and we think we found the perfect place! Everything you need, including a private pool, and a million dollar view! And only 15 minutes to Medano Beach, or the Marina in Cabo.
