This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath cottage is perfect for your next vacation. This home is dressed with ocean views from all rooms. This professionally decorated cottage boasts 2 master suites, one on each floor, and a second-floor guest room. The first floor is home to an open kitchen, which flows into the spacious dining and main living area. The kitchen has stainless steel Whirlpool
appliances and a Keurig Coffee Machine. Off the main living area is a screened-in porch, perfect for every season, with outside dining, raised Adirondack seating, and a double lounge.
Finishing off the first floor is the master suite (KING), full-size stackable laundry, and the half bath.
The second floor houses one of the two master suites (KING) and the guest room (QUEEN), each with a private bath and access to the upper balcony. The outside patio has oceanfront seating with a gas grill. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's
million-dollar amenities, which include a Clubhouse, a zero-entry pool and fitness, a beach deck, beach access, and a community firepit.

If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged, AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCESS:
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages' oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, approximately 2 miles south, just past the Holiday Inn.
