Beautifully decorated duplex featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, screened porch, downstairs master bedroom suite. MW, DW, W/D, 3 Cable TVs, WIFI. Bedrooms include 1 King and 3 Queens.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.
NO PETS, NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON PREMISES.
NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
