Lovely little cabin with nice updates on the inside. My only suggestion would be some blackout curtains on the picture windows to help block out lights from the streetlight just outside the front door.

When we arrived at the property, we could not enter the cabin. We were told the door was swollen from humidity and was sticking. That was not the case. The door was hanging up on the lower threshold. Sticking is nowhere close to what the door was doing. We contacted VRBO about t he issue and talked to 2 different reps. We were told by the Host via message that the door was sticking and someone was supposed to have fixed it before we got there. You literally had to put your shoulder to the door and hit it hard 3 or 4 times to get it open. And to get out, you had to grasp the doorknob with both hands and pull hard several times before it would open. No one ever came to fix it. I have video I am happy to send you. This was UNACCEPTABLE! Couch was very uncomfortable. Ottomans or reclining seats would have helped and end tables of any type at each end would have been helpful. We ended up using the kitchen chairs as end tables. Something to hang towels on in the bathroom would have been nice. The location was beautiful but when you have to practically break your shoulder to get in, that takes a lot away from the stay overall.

Perfect couples cabin

Perfect size, location and accommodations for a getaway to the lake. Great view of lake from the porch. Just minutes from HWY54 providing easy access to golf, restaurants, bars and all the lake has to offer.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Very clean and perfect size for the two of us. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend for a little getaway!
