Cabin close to Ricketts Glen State Park available for daily rental. Furnished!

Located in a rural setting approximately 8 miles away from Ricketts Glen state park; this fully remodeled cabin is ready to welcome you. Includes: , washer, dryer, offstreet parking for two cars or RV. 1 bedroom with queen size bed, with cedar closet, futon in living room, 1 bathroom with full size shower, heating/cooling with the touch of a button. Full size microwave and refrigerator
FREE WIFI.
Plates and silverware are available to use. Fresh sheets, toiletries, coffee, milk, and snacks, are provided.
There is a fire pit that can be used. There is an outside charcoal grill that can also be used, tenant is responsible to supply charcoal. Firewood is provided and can be used for $10 extra.
One pet may be brought and if so an additional $20 fee is charged when you book. The pet is not allowed on the bed/futon and must be on a leash when outside.

We had the most wonderful stay here. The accommodations were top notch! It was just far enough away from town for some peace and quiet, but close enough for any needs. We will absolutely be returning!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this cozy, charming cabin. The host provides many thoughtful additions that aren't usually included such as dog bones, snacks, towels and fresh sheets on the bed. Our dog was in doggy heaven with lots of room to roam and sniff. Lovely, comfortable stay.

Visit Ricketts Glen

If you are visiting the Ricketts Glen State Park, this cabin sits at the perfect spot. The owner is very responsive and helpful; the house is well equipped with utensils and snacks. Highly recommend the place!

We had no trouble finding the cabin and instantly felt at home. There were snacks and coffee/tea plus milk and yogurt in the fridge. It was great to grill out and have a fire while we waited for the stars to come out. Even saw a few fireflies. We enjoyed a vigorous day of hiking and coming back to relax at the cabin. I would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area. Thank you!

Very relaxing get away!!

The cabin is very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need. The best thing is the large backyard with the forest . Very relaxing and beautiful. The location is perfect. 25 minutes to Ricketts Glen State Park, antique stores in Benton. 30 minutes from Eagles Mere . Very interesting town with auto and plane museums.We will definitely go back!!Thank you Ben!!Maureen and Tom.

We enjoyed are stay at your cabin. Was very clean! Unfortunately the electric burner appliance didn't work but the microwave did the job to heat up our dinner. We appreciated the snacks & there was fresh dairy items in the refridge, but we didn't use. Would definitely stay here again. We met your friendly father up the road & got to talk with the cows, which was interesting for our pooch to see.

Peace and Quiet

We had a wonderful relaxing, weekend at the cabin, very clean, nice treats and staples in the kitchen.Absolutely loved the backyard, woods, fire pit and grill. Hiked the fall trails, highly recommend but not for small kids. Beautiful park, great ice cream stand outside the park. Lots of wildlife, we saw an albino deer!! Favorite part, the silence at night, a much needed respite from city living.

This tiny house was a perfect place for my Son and Granddaughter and myself to get away and have lots of laughs and comfort but close enough to whatever we needed. The house was stocked well and we didn't have to do much but go get some steaks for the grill. Thanls to the owners for allowing so many memories to be made.

Our stay at the tiny house was awesome! So much detail to the small things that make a trip so much more enjoyable. Plenty of towels, bed linens, cold drinks in the fridge and snacks. Most 'rentals' dont include these items and make the stay more enjoyable - just less stuff you have to pack. Very clean, quiet and overall great experience. Thanks and would return for another stay.

Awesome place

This was by far one of the best and nicest places we have stayed so far to date. As soon as we walked in it felt like home. It was so clean and inviting! Everything was provided except our clothes and meals. There was even snacks left and some things in the fridge for us. Thank you for opening up your property for us to enjoy! We will definitely be back!

Cute and perfect place

We loved the place. Location was great. Very close to Ricketts Glenn State Park. It was exactly what we needed to get away from the city. Nice quiet, secluded place. Shame it was cloudy, otherwise I’m sure we could have seen every star. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend away

We wanted to hike Ricketts Glenn state park to see some waterfalls and Ben’s place was perfect for what we needed. It was close to the park, nice and secluded and very clean and homey. We learned how to play Mancala and other games with the neat little game table where there are different games built into each drawer and got to relax by the fire. I highly recommend staying here!

Great Experience

We loved the seclusion, solitude and beauty of the property. The accommodations were exactly as promised and the close proximity to the sweet town of Benton and the gorgeous Ricketts Glen waterfall park was very convenient for us. Great place to stay and the host was very quick at responding to any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed everything it had to offer and hope to return again in the not to distant future.

Wonderful place!

It was cozy and clean and there were snacks provided as well as a very functional kitchen supplied with equipment. The bedroom and bathroom were great! It was exactly the place we were looking for.

We had a beautiful stay here. No tv but you dont need it. 10 minutes away from Ricketts glen state park. I’d stay here again. Beautiful land as well. Highly recommend

Came to enjoy the waterfall at Ricketts Glen......got to see so much more.

We had a wonderful time staying in this little house. Everything inside was stocked and there were snacks and treats when we arrived. The location is secluded and beautiful. We saw alot of deer. Benton has a very nice little town we found things to keep us busy... like a Colonial Ricketts cider and RC Bar and Grill is highly recommended.

Very clean

My husband and I were impressed how clean this was. They also provided breakfast items since there are no restaurants close by. We'll definitely stay there again!
