Allison Ewing 650-309-2347. Villa 13 is one of only 16 private beachfront Villas that make up the exclusive Hacienda Beach Club. Very few are available for rent and this one is truly spectacular. It is just 3 Villas away from the Beach Club, perfect location on the property. Boasting a remodelled kitchen and living area with custom bar, new outdoor furniture and more.
The Villa has an incredible and spacious landscaped yard with infinity edge pool and jacuzzi that drops seamlessly to the beach. Loungers, umbrellas, outdoor dining area and several lounging areas to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. An inner private courtyard with fountain and fireplace add an extra space to lounge after a day at the beach.
The Villa boasts 1 Primary Bedroom and 3 Guest Bedrooms all with king beds (one of the bedrooms can be made in to 2 twins) and each has their own ensuites and walk in closets. Ocean views from the Primary are spectacular.
Crestron Home Automation gives guests the ability to control music, sound, pool/jacuzzi temperature, lighting, and window coverings, outside pool torches and more, all from a tablet.
Hacienda Beach Club is ideally situated on Medano Beach, the only swim-able beach in Cabo, the Hacienda is THE place to stay in Cabo.

After staying for many years at the One & Only Palmilla and Las Ventanas a friend suggested we look at the Hacienda Beach Club. We have never looked back. This Villa is our third property at the Hacienda and by far our favorite. Anyone travelling to Cabo San Lucas must experience the Hacienda Beach Club
