Casa Carlita is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home located two blocks from the ocean front in the residential neighborhood Corpus Christi. The home has a comfortable living and dining area with delightful rustic Mexican furniture. The bedrooms are large, at opposite ends of the house, each with its own bath for total privacy.

The modern kitchen offers a breakfast bar and is fully equipped including stove, refrigerator, blender, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cookware. A/C mini splits and ceiling fans throughout. The air conditioning can be set thermostatically in each room via a hand held remote. In Casa Carlita guests will enjoy the comforts of home, including cable TV,VCR/DVD and stereo. There is a small safe with a programmable digital lock, DVD movies and a reading library. Wireless high speed internet access is free, so bring your lap top.

The front courtyard is surrounded by a high wall that offers guests the total private use of the kidney shaped swimming pool. There's plenty of outdoor furniture and lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun,an outdoor shower and scuba rinse tank for scuba divers to rinse their gear or snorkeling equipment.

Casa Carlita offers top quality accommodations for 2-5 guests, a great location only one street away from the newest and largest grocery store on Cozumel, complete with deli, bakery, pharmacy, liquor, and several ATM machines. Nearby is a modern new multi-screen movie theatre, there is a public beach within walking distance, plus Casa Carlita is within walking distance to town.

You will find Casa Carlita is well maintained, the house has a pool man and a maid to make sure the house stays in good shape and is a comfortable home. Plus, the outdoor area with its covered patio, garden and pool is a tropical delight.

Private and secure, Casa Carlita is only two blocks from the waterfront Cozumel Palace Hotel and has easy access to all the shops and restaurants in San Miguel.

We had a great stay! The house was very clean as was the pool. The air conditioning worked great. It was nice to have a completely private backyard and pool. We felt completely safe walking around the area even at night. We used their bicycles to ride into town which only took about 5 minutes.

This house felt like home. It was very comfortable and has everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The location is great being away from the high traffic tourist area and a grocery store just around the corner.

House was amazing. Great neighborhood.1 block from grocery. 3 blocks from beach. We owned a rental property here years ago and will stay here next time we come down. Victor and Mary were awesome. Helpful with activities. House was clean and comfortable. Great stay.

Just like home

Our stay was very enjoyable, as the property was well maintained and equipped with all necessary provisions. Carla was very helpful in answering our questions, and helping us book the week that we wanted. We had a wonderful host, Victor, to greet us, and a exceptional cleaning lady, Mary, who insured our stay was top notch. The house was comfortable and was perfect for our stay in Cozumel. We highly recommend this wonderful house!

Casa Carlia is an Awesome place to stay!

We have stayed at Casa Carlita's several times. This time was for two weeks. Each time has been wonderful. Everything at the house is perfect. Communication with Carla and her local representative, Victor is great! The home has everything you need and the pool area is it's own paradise. Will stay again in the future. Thank you.

Nice house in a great location

The house is just as shown in the pictures and is very nice. Great layout with a bedroom and a bathroom on each side. Kitchen has everything you need and A/C works great. House is clean with maid service and Victor the house manager is excellent. The owner, Carla, responds very quickly and all communication is excellent. We would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect in every way

I absolutely love this house and the entire staff. The only challenge is that it’s always booked - for very good reasons! It is quiet, very comfortable and very clean. Carla (host) is super responsive and Victor and Maria are wonderful. The private pool is spectacular before and after diving. It’s super convenient to rinse and store dive gear which I really appreciate. It’s far enough off the beaten path to not feel touristy and close enough to get to everything. Can’t recommend it enough.

We Love Casa Carlita!!

My sister and I stayed a week in Cozumel at Casa Carlita and absolutely loved it! We had everything we needed and the communication is top notch! The house was extremely comfortable and is in a great location. We walked most everywhere we went. However, if you need a taxi, they are not hard to find. Victor and Guadalupe were wonderful and very helpful to us. Carla's attention to detail is perfect - we felt like it was our home away from home! We definitely recommend Casa Carlita to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay and we would love to stay here again!

LOVED LOVED LOVED this house!

LOVED this house so much that we have booked it again next February and home to in November as well!! I can’t say enough about Victor and Maria...their hospitality is unmatched!!! They went as far as to stock beverages of our choice in the refrigerator!! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay to include the use of bikes to get around! The neighborhood is quiet and in close to proximity to grocery stores and touristy as well as quaint local restaurants. The house also comes with daily maid service if wanted and the pool is private as the courtyard is surrounded for privacy!!! LOVED THIS HOUSE SO MUCH we even booked it again in February and hope to again in November next year!!!

Excellent Stay

The owners were awesome to work with from start to finish! Great communication throughout the trip. The house was equipped with everything you would need from towels, linens, plates, glasses, pots & pans ect. The house was extremely clean thanks to Mary the cleaning lady! The pool was great for relaxing when we weren't out and about on the island. Great location!!! A block away from the grocery store, two & 1/2 blocks from the Melgar. About a 15 minute walk into town. Never once did we feel unsafe in the neighborhood! Can't say enough about the house!! We'll definitely re-book when it's available 😊

BEAUTIFUL!!

This was our second stay and just as perfect as our first! Victor is the best and very accommodating to any requests. Maria was our housekeeper for the week and makes sure everything is fresh and clean! Victor was able to send a masseuse to Casa Carlita for a 1 hour massage whom were very professional and provided a great massage!! The home has a beautifully stocked kitchen, dozen of movies, books and cards games for entertainment if you just want to stay in! Tons of local restaurants just outside the door as well as a refreshing pool that is well maintained. The house also has 4 bicycles available as well as numerous beach towels!

Carla certainly deserves a Superhost rating

This was our first trip to Cozumel. We came for diving. We rented a vehicle. Casa Carlita was perfect for our stay. Very convenient, quiet and comfortable. Most importantly, the property was EXACTLY as described. In addition, Carla and her staff were one-step ahead of us at all times. We were met at the airport. The housecleaning was top notch. I've owned short term rentals and had excellent management. I'm truly impressed that Carla is personally able to pull of such extraordinary service. I'd come back in a minute. Charlie and Yana

Much better than “just right”

Carla is wonderful and has a host named Victor that met me at the 3 seagulls statue by the ferry, to ensure I was rushed to my dive boat (I was late and wanted to get in two dives before dark). AND he took my bags to the house and made sure everything was better than “just right”. This is house is “far out” (you will know what I mean once you are behind the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory high wall), it is rather easy walking to the very close huge grocery store, which has fresh meat and seafood, an extensive alcohol selection (wine, beer, spirits, and mixers), and a huge bakery with all kinds of fresh baked pastries prepared daily. You can get lost in the bakery if you aren’t careful (I did a couple times). Did I mention the taxi line up waiting by the grocery to whisk you anywhere! Just like at the Ritz, well sort of :). A clean coffee pot, in fact it was washed for me while I wasn’t looking (along with new towels and washing ALL my dishes, quite unexpected). The pool must have been cleaned twice a day by ghosts that I also never saw. The AC works extremely well, I was too cold and had to turn it up in the middle of the hot Cozumel summer...get out of here!!! Did I mention I prefer sparkling water to drink? 2 kinds were in the fridge when I arrived, bottles and cans...I didn’t see that coming, but in hindsight I should have given where I was. The splash pool has a deeper end, again not expected for a smaller splash pool. Awesome outdoor shower and rinse tanks if you SCUBA. Kick ass bikes, which are somewhat to rent in Cozumel, I mean out of the ordinary nice!! Great lighting inside and outside the property (outside also makes you feel safe, it’s very well lit). Plenty of outlets. Pristine garden and flowers, did I mention I love Bougenville...well there was a huge one growing outside the property on the security fence. I felt very very safe with very young children out alone and with playing each other at night. It was extremely quiet at night. No loud music or dogs, ever did I hear. All I can say is be prepared for the unexpected...but, isn’t this Cozumel? Heavenly. Thank-you Carla for sharing your space with me. -Scott

Fantastic!

Great location for in town restaurants and groceries. Nice privacy for house and pool. On a quiet street. Very clean with modern conveniences but with appealing Mexican decor (not overdone). Super nice manager, Victor, is very helpful and communicative as is the host/owner. We plan to be back!!! Thanks!

What a beautiful amazing home

Casa Carlita was everything we imagined and more. Safe quiet neighborhood. We felt very secure. The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly my need Victor, the property manager met us for check in and was very professional and thorough. Check out was just as smooth. Very pleasant

This property is exactly as described and very well appointed. Location is great as is the neighborhood. Comfy beds, nice clean pool and outside area. Lots of amenities. Carla is very quick to respond to any questions you may have.

Craig and I live between three homes. Washington State, Arizona and Cozumel. Craig is an attorney who practices law in the State of Washington, but thanks to technology, he is able to work from Cozumel and Arizona as well.

After diving all over the Caribbean, we found that we enjoyed Cozumel as much above the water as we did below the water. The diving was great and the people in Cozumel were even greater. We felt very much at home on our first visit to Cozumel and within two years we had completed our home away from home.

Guests appreciate our excellent maid service and the loads of amenities provided including wireless internet, free long distance to US and Canada, DVD player with over 200 movies, books, etc to choose from. Our courtyard is surrounded by a high wall for complete privacy.
