Nestled on approximately 3/4 acres, Bella Vista provides its guests with the privacy they desire while still affording convenience to all the area attractions. Located near the Arts & Crafts District, Bella Vista Lodge boasts unsurpassed seclusion while affording easy, direct and unintimidating driving access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

The hardwood floors, comfortable and inviting living area, floor to ceiling stack stone fireplace, and antler chandeliers provide the perfect lodge environment. A full-equipped kitchen will surpass all of your expectations. With large flat-panel televisions, pool table, 5-person hot tub, 43" arcade (with over 60 retro games) and a good collection of board games, Bella Vista offers unending entertainment options for the entire family.

Each of the four bedrooms feature king-size log beds. The “bunk room” is a haven for kids of all ages with two log bunk beds.

As a return guest I have nothing but praise for this property. It is exactly as described and then some. Well stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, bathroom on every level. The bunkhouse floor was ideal for the four teenagers. A great escape from the adults. Brian is quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. We will be planning a third return to this property. As a side note, we did get to see 3 bears.

Great house to stay with teens. They loved the basement hangout area and the hot tub. This was a nice relaxing place to stay after doing activities all day.

We loved this cabin! Two families - 10 people total - stayed here. There was more than enough room for us. We took advantage of the pool table, air hockey table, and arcade console in the basement. Huge TVs in the main level family room and in the basement. The hot tub was used every day. Close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, yet secluded enough that you feel you have your privacy. We enjoyed our days hiking in the mountains and white water rafting. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with a beautiful view! Plenty of room for our family of 7 to stretch out and nice touches like games, books, and puzzles. The house was beautiful and had lots of space for everyone to be comfortable. Close to restaurants and things to do. We are traveling with a 17 month old and were pleased with there being a pack & play, high chair and baby gate available to use. Wish it had been a longer trip but would definitely some back.

This was the perfect vacation property for our two family vacation! We had 4 adults, and 5 kids with us. There is plenty of space for the kids to play and hang out, as well as the adults to have their own space as well. All of the amenities were great, the only thing we needed to bring was our own food. WiFi was more than adequate for our needs. We loved the location of the property, it was about a 20 minute drive to get into Pigeon Forge, so it was out of town a bit but we weren’t stacked on top of other people or cabins. Brian, the property owner was absolutely fantastic to communicate with, he gave us some great recommendations for things to do as well! Can’t wait for our next stay!

mom’s birthday weekend

Everyone had a wonderful time - the sleeping quarters were very comfortable; the kitchen had everything that we needed. The game room downstairs was the social hub - where we all enjoyed the billiards table, air hockey and classic video games Would definitely make another visit
