We loved our stay at this cozy cabin! Kitchen is well stocked! Owners are amazing and great with communication. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer! We will be back!

Very nice cabin for the family. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The kids enjoyed the pool table, foosball table and air hockey table. It was a clean and quiet place to stay. It was really neat that we were able to watched a bear come up the driveway and climb up the hill.

We had a wonderful stay! We weren’t there a lot but it was very clean and comfortable. Great location and easy to get to. We had plans for all of our days there but we enjoyed our evenings at the house. We had plenty of space and everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! We loved the quiet town of Townsend, and liked that we were close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge to enjoy all those cities have to offer. The cabin was the perfect size for our 2 families. We loved our bear visitors, who would walk right up on our porch in the evenings.

The beds were nice and bathrooms had plenty of towels. A few items needed in the kitchen would be a big frying pan that is flat and measuring cups. Hot tub is nice and game tables were great

We had a great stay. The driveway is steep and not a lot of room to turn around especially with 3 vehicles but we made it work. The cabin is just close enough to everything and just the right size for our group of 9 to spread out.

Beautiful spot in Townsend

We loved our stay at the cabin in Townsend. The location is great for a low key visit to the Smokies. The host was kind and responsive and the house was clean and fit our group of 10 easily.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Great spot where you are close enough to attractions but feel isolated from others. Place was great for a large group with multiple couples.

Property was pretty nice. The beds and linens were clean but very uncomfortable mattresses. The property could’ve used a deeper clean, lots of dust, and gunk on the walls in one of the bedrooms, but we just looked over it. Outside porch areas were also very dirty. There is definitely a humidity issue in the downstairs area, we saw some mold on furniture and in the bed/bathroom areas down there. Great hot water tank, all 10 of us could get a hot shower, and the tubs were clean. Hot tub looked clean inside also, but we didn’t use during our stay. Definitely bring your own pots and pans, the skillets they had were in really poor condition but they have plenty of utensils and coffee mugs and plates. The main entrance door with the smart lock was not latching when we arrived. We couldn’t lock it, but we messaged Jerry and he was quick to come out next day to realign the doors and fix it for us. Very quiet and secluded. Overall it was a good stay that accommodated our large party easily.

Thank you for staying at our beautiful, secluded cabin. We're glad to hear the at the property worked well for your group overall. As for the mattresses and cleaning issues, this is the first we have heard anyone mention this. We will be scheduling a deep clean as soon as possible. We will also address the cleaning of the outdoor areas right away. Our standards are high and we want our guests to have a relaxing and comfortable vacation. I wish someone would have pointed out any of those issues in the basement because the cabin regularly gets inspected professionally and we haven't had any other guests bring this up. But I will personally be inspecting it myself and those issues will be repaired immediately. Lastly, the pots and pans. I replace them all at least twice a year! I don't know how they get ruined so quickly, but I guess it's that time again. If you would have let me know I could have brought some over when I came to fix the door. I appreciate the feedback so that we can keep improving the cabin for future guests. If there is anything else you can always reach out to me. January 2024 Mountain Trip

We loved the cabin and the privacy of the location. It was the perfect size for our large family and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Will stay here again in the future!
