Welcome to Mariner’s Way Retreat!
Mariner’s Way Retreat is a beautifully renovated top floor(4th) 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa in the heart of Harbour Town-Sea Pines located above retail and next to marina, playground, lighthouse and restaurants. Walk to restaurants, general store and other retail. You are truly in the middle of all that Harbour Town has to offer.

Easy keyless entry check in. New code generated for each guest.

Enjoy the free trolley which stops right beside the building from May 16, 2026 to September 7, 2026. During the summer the trolley is the only way to access the Beach Club. There is no parking or drop offs. This location makes access to the Beach Club very convenient. The Beach shuttle is available March 21, 2026 to September 7, 2026. Schedule will be provided. With the trolley, retail, and general store you can stay a week without needing to get into your car.

After Labor Day weekend trolley service stops but you can park your car at the Beach Club. The Beach Club is just under 2 miles from our villa so it is also accessible by bicycle.

Your stay at Mariner’s Way Retreat also includes access to the Harbour Town pool at no extra cost. The Harbour Town pool is heated/cooled to optimal temperature starting mid March through late November and is a short walk from the villa.

Mariner’s Way Retreat has beadboard cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances and no carpet. All linens are provided. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen and a twin and the Pottery Barn queen sleeper sofa in the den. The kitchen is equipped and includes a coffee/keurig maker, toaster, blender and a crock pot.

There are few parking spots for the Mariners Way complex or there is a small lot by the building or the larger Harbour Town parking lot. There are luggage carts under the stairs. Harbour Town is a popular destination and can be very busy especially in the summer. Using the free trolley is a great way to get around Sea Pines.

This villa is strictly pet free and smoke free. The building is also smoke free. This includes balcony and breezeways.

This is our 2nd time staying at Mariner’s Way and we hope to stay here again next time we visit! You just can’t beat the convenience - especially with kids! Kimarie is so sweet and very responsive! The condo is beautifully decorated and she just made everything easy for us. Thank you for allowing our family to stay again!

This was honestly one of our best VRBO experiences! The place was spotless, super cute, and very cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had amazing water pressure (always a bonus!). The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the marina and several great spots for food and drinks.The host was fantastic, very responsive, provided tons of helpful information, and sent everything in advance so we had time to plan before arriving. We’ll absolutely be coming back to the area and will definitely try to stay here again!

Amazing hospitality and stay

We had a quick girls weekend to Hilton Head Island and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. The condo and the location are perfect to do everything from eat at the local restaurants to shuttling to the beach! Thank you so much!

Perfect place to stay during your trip to Hilton Head

The property is perfect for a visit to Hilton Head. Amazingly convenient location - walking distance to stores, a pool, the harbor and restaurants. Great space, clean and has everything you need in the kitchen to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. The owner provided all the details and follow up we needed to enjoy our stay all the way through the process. Definitely book!

Good Location

This property is in the heart of Hilton Head, conveniently located next to stores, restaurants and a small grocery, including bike rentals and parking. Villa was clean and quiet and the property owner communicated well with any questions and with information about the area and things to do.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was very tastefully decorated as well as comfortable. Communication with the owner was as easy as it gets, as was the check-in process. The location is excellent as it is in the harbor within easy walking distance to shops, trails and restaurants. We would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Lovely condo in ideal location

We had a wonderful stay in Mariner’s Way! The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, the playground, shops, the lighthouse, and the marina. Our kids loved taking the trolley to and from the beach. We enjoyed the marina activities like the pirate cruise and parasailing, which were just steps away! The condo itself had everything we needed for our family of 6, and Kim was a great hostess.

Ideal Location

We loved our unit and the location to all things in Harbourtown & Sea Pines. Very convenient if you have younger children. We also appreciated it had a washer/dryer, different size beds to accommodate, and the listing info was accurate! Would recommended!

Location, Location, Location

Location is great. They need a list of how to’s for the master shower. The tv needs to be Chanel so you could get sports and news. Movie lovers would be happy. Over all good.

Thank you for the review. We love the location too. Nancy reached out about how to get hot water for the shower and I responded immediately. It is on the right when facing the shower handle. The more left you turn the handle the colder the water. The more right is hotter. I don’t know what “the tv needs to Chanel so you can get sports and news” means. We have smart TVs with cable. We get network and cable channels including sports and news as well as the ability to log in other apps guests might have. All three TVs (den and bedrooms) are smart TVs with cable. Our cable package includes regular network channels which have nightly news and any sports broadcast on these stations, cable news networks and cable sports including ESPN, Golf and other sports channels you would expect in a cable package. We do have instructions for the TV and I am always available for questions. Nancy was a great guest and I would have been happy to help her get to her desired channels if she had reached out during her stay. We want guests to know we are more than happy to help with any questions regarding our listed amenities (like cable TV) or any other questions before or during your stay. We want future guests to know that we do have cable tv available and we are alway here to help.

Perfect location for long spring weekend in Sea Pines

My communication with the owner was excellent pre trip and continued all weekend. The unit was well appointed with a lovely view of the Liberty Oak and SHORT strolls to the marina, pool, cafe, stores etc.- right in the heart and soul of Harbour Town in Sea Pines. And let me add that the trolley was just outside the building’s gate to take you to the Sea Pines Beach Club with it’s stunning beach! We do not have a single negative and dozens of positive comments.

The very BEST!!!

We stayed 4 months in this beautiful condo. Loved the place. Trust the pictures & details of the property. Kim is wonderful to work with. Everything is just great: comfortable beds, nice linens & towels, great TV package in 3 rooms, fully equipped kitchen, quick/timely communication, clean, wonderful location. Only downside is that we are limited to 5 stars!! Definitely recommend.

Over the years we have vacationed in several areas around Hilton Head and were thrilled to find this villa. Located in the heart of Harbour Town makes this location our favorite. It is a great location year round.
