Freshly refurbished steps from the Harbour, this lovely one-bedroom villa is on the ground floor of Ketch Court II in the Sea Pines Resort right in Harbour Town at 2 Lighthouse Lane, Hilton Head Island. Click on location and see the actual location.
This vacation retreat is a delightful Harbour Town option, in the heart of an abundance of shopping, dining and recreational amenities.
You will have complimentary access to the Sea Pines Beach Club, 1.5 miles away which provides increased access to outdoor showers and public restrooms that are well appointed and family friendly, with both family-sized restrooms and changing rooms available.
Amenities include:
• Outdoor showers and foot wash stations
• Family restrooms
• Ample space for bikes with an increased number of bike racks
• Parking is for home owners only. Rental guests will park in designated parking areas and be shuttled to the beach in season, or take the complimentary trolley right from the Harbour Town pool across the street.
Trolley everywhere in season inside Sea Pines for free, just steps from the villa. The Sea Pines Trolley provides transportation for all guests to Sea Pines Center Shops and Restaurants, the new Sea Pines Beach Club from Mid-March thru Labor Day Weekend.
A pool pass for unlimited use to the Heated Harbour Town Pool (just steps from the villa) is provided just inside the condo, and the pool is open year-round and available for your use for unlimited guests during your stay. Please note, the pool is heated mid March-April 30 and mid October- November 30.
The living room is cheerfully decorated in sunny hues, offering a wall-mounted large 65” flat screen Smart/TV and queen size sleeper sofa. A spacious private patio is found just outside the living room, with al fresco seating for four, an umbrella for shade and a gas grill. Flowing from the living room is the dining area comfortably seating four. Adjacent to that is a well stocked full kitchen complete with dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. A washer and dryer is featured across the hall and is complementary for all first floor guests.
In soothing hues of gray, the master bedroom features a king size bed, ample walk-in closet space, a desk and a flat screen TV. The bathroom showcases a newly remodeled vanity and walk-in shower only.
Ketch Court is delightfully located near the best of Harbour Town, and makes vacationing island-style both effortless and convenient.
