Per the information provided in our guest Check In instructions under ESSENTIALS TO PACK we inform our guest that we do not provide coffee, sugar, spices, cooking oil etc. in our rentals. We provide for your convenience, a “starter” kit of personal hygiene items just in case you forgot to bring some things. In the kitchen, we provide 3 dish pods, 1 dish detergent, 3 trash can liners, 2 rolls of paper towels, a scrubby, a dish towel, and a dishrag. Each bathroom 2 rolls of toilet paper. We are not affiliated with the resort therefore they do not share any information regarding the shops, restaurants, slopes or amenities and schedules/service of those items can change on a moments notice. It always best if you check Snowshoe website which to get the latest and accurate information. -Linda

Thanks Charles for leaving this feedback. It is always great advice to check on restaurant schedules on the mountain as they change daily. We had contacted the homeowners association during your stay regarding the hot tubs. Thanks for bringing that to our attention.
