A traditional italian apartment

It's a nice traditional italian apartment, we felt very comfortable in it. It is very well located and there is a supermarket right next to it. Mister Diana was very friendly and ready to help at any time. We would gladly come back next time we visit Rome.

Lovely studio apartment close to metro

Great location. Excellent price. Lots of shops and stores nearby. Nice amenities but not really a 2 bedroom. It would have been nice to know that the second bed was actually just the couch or there was a small roll away bed. Good for small kids.

Thanks for the review. Regarding the additional beds we have a sofa bed and a single bed in the living room. The sofa bed converts into a bed. You only used it as a sofa because you told us very late in the evening that there was an extra person. Kind regards

Warming

Could use a fan in the apartment help keep the air flowing and cool it down. Other than that apartment is good place to stay in Rome when you are out visiting the city. Next to the Metro easy to get around. Grocery store, bakery coffee shop, restaurant near by.

We stayed at the apartment for a few days and really enjoyed the location. It’s just a 4-minute walk to Garbatella station, which is very close to the Colosseum station. The place is very cozy, and the host is kind and always in touch. I found the apartment to be secure, with two locked doors. It’s conveniently close to markets and pharmacies, with a café just downstairs and a great restaurant next door. The internet and everything else were working perfectly.

Exactly what was described and promised

Everything was just as the photos and the host promised. We stayed one week and were welcomed by the host fabrizio upon arrival. The communication with him beforehand was very good an he answered all our questions. The rooms were very clean and we had towels, toilet paper, a few spare blankets and everything else we needed. Just downstairs are a few restaurants and shops and the metro is just around the corner. All in all it was a very good stay for the price and the area. Thanks again

Ten minutes to Colosseum by metro

This property is a short metro ride away from the Colosseum. We stayed here goe one week. Garbatella itself isn't anything to get excited about ,but there is an absolutely wonderful patisserie immediately downstairs as well as a Supermarket. There are other supermarkets around the corner which are much bigger and have a larger selection of food. They are two rooms plus a bathroom. The washing machine works well and you can hang your clothes from the window which we found dry easily. The apartment is a bit quirky But everything that you need seems to be there. The lighting is quite dark in the kitchen. It seems suitable for the price that we paid. We bought a weekly transport pass at the tourist information as we couldn't work out the ticket machine at the station. Which meant we could come and go off public transport as much as was necessary. fooddownstairs

Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, vom Stadt Zentrum wirklich 3 Stationen mit Metro entfernt. Stadtteil Garbatella ist sehr schmutzig und stinkig. Wohnung befand sich in einem gepflegtem Haus. Sanitär und Küche ist renovierungsbedürftig. Küche für Frühstück war ok sonst wollte ich dort nicht kochen. Es kein 60 m2 Wohnung sonder es ist 2 Zimmer. "Kinderzimmer" hat keine richtige Klimaanlage und es war sehr schwer nur mit die mobile Klima/Ventilator zu schlafen. Einzelbett war auch nicht so bequem. Also für 1-3 Tage wäre es gut, für mehrere Tage sehr anstrengend. Und Italien besuchen im August schlechte Idee, da die Ferien haben und fast alles in Garbatella war zu. Parken war ok, aber auf öffentlichen Straßen, also nicht sicher.

Hallo, Sie sind mit einem Hund aufgetaucht, dessen Anwesenheit Sie in der Reservierung nicht mitgeteilt hatten. Wir haben Ihnen einen symbolischen Aufpreis für den Hund berechnet. Wir akzeptieren gut erzogene Hunde, aber Ihrer hat Tag und Nacht immer beim geringsten Geräusch geblendet, also haben uns die Nachbarn erzählt, auch Sie haben ihn auf dem Schlafsofa schlafen lassen, das wir voller Haare und mit Urin befleckt fanden. Garbatella ist ein bekanntes und sauberes Viertel der Hauptstadt. Vielleicht beziehen Sie sich auf Müllschubladen, die sicherlich nicht riechen. Das Bad und die Küche wurden vor 6 Monaten renoviert. Das Haus hat, die, Quadratmeterzahl angegeben. Was die Klimaanlage im Raum betrifft, so ist sie Wasser mit Eis und funktioniert perfekt, in der Tat hat sich noch nie jemand beschwert, nur dass sie mit Wasser und Eis gefüllt werden muss und es steht alles in der Anleitung, die Sie nicht gelesen haben, tatsächlich wurde sie ohne Wasser leer gefunden. Was das Parken betrifft, so ist die Gegend sehr sicher, wenn man bedenkt, dass wir in der Hauptstadt sind. Grüße

Kleine einfache Wohnung im Wohnblock, trotzdem erstaunlich ruhig, nahe der Metrostation, für unsere Zwecke (nur zum schlafen) völlig ausreichend

Nettes Apartment, alle wichtigen Sehens sind mit der Metro oder dem Bus gut und schnell zu erreichen. Grundausstattung war vorhanden und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut.

great nieghborhood

It was a great nieghborhood. Quiet, friendly! WONDERFUL location, two blocks from metro, 15minute walk to a main train station. The host was wonderful! The only thing I did not like was the wifi. It was not 24/7 but available throught several two hour blocks through the day. Everything needed was close by.

Hi, for a matter of electrical safety, you can't leave the air conditioning on day and night even when no one is home. Who rents a house must have respectful behavior we rent to hundreds of tourists a year and nobody has ever complained and when they leave home they turn off everything We rent this house at a reasonable price but this does not allow guests to do what they want. If a guest rents for a few days and always leaves open water, light is always on, air conditioning always on, washing machine always on, would that be right? No, because we include utility costs in the price
