Felt so at home

The host is fabulous and the property was very comfortable. Has a fabulous garden patio and more conveniences available than other properties we stayed in, in Italy for your stay if you are going to do any meals in. Close to the tram that takes you into the city center. I would highly recommend this place.

Great stay in Rome

Wonderful week in Rome, property immaculate, clean and equipped with all that you need for your stay. Giuliana on hand to assist and helpful regarding transport, restaurants etc. Can recommend the local butcher, across the road and the local pizza restaurant 100 yards away. Great stay and look forward to coming back one day.

Tranquil spot in Rome

This light airy quiet property was a delight, there were shops and cafes just a short stroll away with a little exploring. It was well connected to the centre and we also did day trips from Trastevere station. Giuliana was very welcoming and helpful. Oh and yes a washing machine if you are bringing a small bag. A delightful place to stay

Elegant, quiet retreat from the noise and bustle of downtown Rome

This elegant, emaculately clean 2 bedroom apartment in the Travestere neighborhood was a home away from home. An easy 5 minute walk to the No.8 tram with ready access to all the big sites. A quiet retreat with everything you need very handy. Guiliana and Paolo are perfect hosts, starting with a special affordable pick up from the airport, to responding to any questions we had. Internet was excellent. Very happy to stay here again.

Oasis in Rome

As this visit to Rome is our first, we were cluless of what area of Rome to stay. We were so lucky to find this gem! Our hostess Guiliana met us upon arrival with instructions and even offered a mini tour of neighborhood with restaurants, shops and coffee shops. We were few minutes walk from rhe Tram 8 that allowed you direct access to Coliseum, Spanish Steps and more! We plan on returning next year and would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay in Monteverde

The apartment is bright, spacious and modern. It is an easy commute by bus to the attractions in central Rome. The apartment's kitchen is well equipped. We loved the courtyard garden and were lucky enough to have timed our trip for the peak of the blooming jasmine. Giuliana was a gracious host, provided a thorough tour of the apartment (in English), and responded quickly to our messages. She gave us great suggestions for cafés and shops in the neighborhood. We loved our stay in this apartment.

Family @ Rome

We are thankful we found this cozy and comfortable apartment, it is on main floor, very spacious and about 15-20 minute access to Vatican city and tourists area. Our family wanted to have a more local experience so we stayed at this very nice location, cooked our faves, grocery shopping is a few blocks away, pharmacy almost across the street as well as Gelateria, mini market and more. Friendly neighborhood. We had a very pleasant time and the owner Giuliana welcomes you warmly and makes you feel at home. Thank you Giuliana for and amazing week.

Fabulous Stay

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in your apartment Giuliana. Having already been to Rome & visited the usual tourist sites it was a pleasure to experience suburban Rome. We enjoyed the local market and it was actually an easy walk during the inevitable transport strike. I was educated on the best bread to use for my bruschetta by the local bakery. The produce from the market was excellent & you’re correct … Tony does a great gelato. You’re transport directions were easy to follow & we used the bus, trams & trains without issue. I would definitely recommend this apartment to people looking for a quieter stay in Rome but with easy access to everything.

Home sweet home

We had a week in Rome at Giuliana's lovely house. She was kindly waiting for us on arrival and showed us everything we needed to know about the house and the neighbourhood. We loved all the little details in the house and the garden is beautiful, full of lovely plants and aromatic herbs. The location is perfect. It is a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle from the city centre but very well connected by tram (just 20 minutes), bus and train (2 minutes from Trastevere station). It is what you need after a whole day walking and visiting all the many things and monuments that Rome has to offer. Plenty of little shops around, lovely bakery, supermarket, restaurants... And a super comfortable bed to sleep on at the end of the day. We highly recommend Giuliana's house to anyone. She is a super host and very caring person. The communication was very fluid all the time, before arrival and during our stay. She will make you feel at home since the moment you get there. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We would like to thank Giuliana for her hospitality and hope to come back again in the near future. Grazie mille and arrivederci!!!

Wonderful Cozy Apartment

This apartment was a great choice for our 2-week honeymoon. Host Guiliana was extremely accommodating, allowing an early check-in & providing a thorough tour of the surrounding area. She checked in during our stay, ensuring our comfort and even brought extra blankets & larger coffee maker after hearing we were coffee lovers. The apartment was warm & comfortable in the Nov/Dec weather, thanks to effective heating in the bedrooms and bathroom. The spacious shower included both a stationary & hand-held shower head. The cozy kitchen was well-equipped for cooking & meal preparation, with all necessary appliances, utensils, & cleaning supplies provided. Essential groceries were easily accessible, with a bakery, café, grocery store, meat shop, & drug store nearby. Although we didn't use the terrace much due to weather, it featured a washing machine & a clothes-drying rack, with laundry detergent supplied. The apartment lacks a living room, but the kitchen includes a table, chairs, & a TV. We spent some days indoors, making do with this setup. Wi-Fi is available, but bring your own casting adapter for TV streaming. One downside was the master bedroom's bed, made of two mattresses, which sometimes created an uncomfortable gap. Additionally, the apartment isn't soundproof, so external noises from the street & neighbors were occasionally audible. Despite these minor issues, we were highly satisfied with our stay and would gladly return to Giuliana's comfy/welcoming apartment.

Fantastic home in Rome!

Giuliana's house is the perfection location to come back to after visiting the sites in the Eternal City. It is in a quiet neighborhood, which we loved. And we especially enjoyed it because we were with the locals, not tourists. Giuliana met us at the house, and took the time to walked us around the neighborhood. There is a lovely bakery and pizza restaurant with the red awnings around the corner from the house. We stopped by the bakery to pick up fresh, baked goods almost every morning! Also close by there is a little market that sells fresh vegetables and fruits. Several blocks away we got to enjoy the best gelato from Tony's Gelateria. So many flavors to choose from! Along the same street we found a nice cafe that made sandwiches and ready to eat pizzas, pastries, coffees, etc. For one of our dinners, we enjoyed authentic Roman dishes from Hosteria da Settimio. The house meticulously clean. The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. We are a family of 4. The girls (9 and 12) shared the 2nd room with twin beds. Bathroom with a rainfall shower head is great! A/C, washing machine, appliances all worked well. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked. She had espresso grounds for us to use with the MOKA espresso maker. Loved it! My husband enjoyed make espressos or cafe lattes every morning, and we got to enjoy drinking it in the terrace with our delicious baked goods from the bakery. The location is well connected by the Tram 8 and H bus, and is a few minutes walk from the house. We had a wonderful experience living in Giuliana's house for the 5 days we visited Rome! Giuliana is a very warm and welcoming host. She made us feel right at home! Thanks so much! We would highly recommend this place, and we would love to visit again one day.

Het appartement was geweldig. In een niet toeristische buurt, maar vlak bij de tram die je naar het centrum brengt. Het was onverwacht erg warm in Rome, maar het huis bleef koel. Bovendien was er airco. Alles was goed verzorgd en in de keuken ontbrak het aan niets. Guliana is een perfecte gastvrouw en zeer behulpzaam. Het kleine tuintje was wonderschoon met een waterval van Toscaanse jasmijn. In de buurt waren voldoende eetgelegenheden. Ook een goede supermarkt was niet ver weg. Al met al heerlijk. Zeker een plek om naar terug te keren en dat ga ik dus ook doen.

Sightseeingtour in Rom

Wir können die Ferienwohnung und auch die Vermieterin wärmstens empfehlen. Eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung, gemütlich eingerichtet, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, funktionierendes schnelles Internet, ruhig gelegen in wenigen Minuten an den Bus-/ Tramhaltestellen. Die Vermieterin hat gute Tipps und Hilfestellungen in einer übersichtlichen Broschüre zusammengestellt., gab Infos zu anstehendem Streik.

Schöne Wohnung außerhalb des Zentrums

Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben, etwas außerhalb des Zentrums gelegen, aber gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angebunden. Rundherum ist alles, was man braucht: Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants usw.

Joli appartement avec terrasse

Nous avons trouvé facilement l'appartement et avons été très bien reçus pas Giulia. Deux grandes chambres, une terrasse bien agréable même fin octobre, une cuisine bien organisée et le tout d'une propreté impeccable. Le quartier est calme, des commerces de proximités, des restaurants, des bars... Pour les déplacements, la proximité du tram permet de rejoindre le centre de Rome en 35 minutes et la gare ferroviaire du Trastevere. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine ici. Nous reviendrons certainement.

So erlebt man Rom, wie man es sich wünscht!

Schönes, gepflegtes Appartement in einem schönen Stadtviertel. In der Umgebung findet man alles vor, was man benötigt: Super Bäckerei, Restaurants, "Späti" und Supermarkt. Die Anbindung mit der Tram (z. Zt. Buslinie 8) ermöglicht, dass man schnell in die City gelangt und in das besuchenswerte Szeneviertel Trasteverde. Wir würden das Appartement jederzeit wieder mieten. Es war sehr, sehr schön.

Gut gelegen, sehr ruhig, sehr gute Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und prima ausgestattet mit vielen liebevollen Details. Die kleine Terrasse rundet das positive Bild ab. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin! Tolles Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Wir können diese Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen!!

Tolle saubere Wohnung

Der Kontakt zu Giuliana war von Anfang an sehr herzlich. Mit Ankunft im Airport hat sie sich stets erkundigt wo wir sind und hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Hat uns ihre Wohnung gezeigt, alles erklärt und uns die Umgebung gezeigt. Eine ganz liebe Vermieterin! Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden. Wir waren zu zweit hier und jeder hatte abends „sein Reich“ - ist aber gut zu dritt oder zu viert. Die Terrasse war eigentlich sehr schön- aber auch im September noch sehr Moskito lastig. Es empfiehlt sich hier vorzusorgen. Über Giuliana‘s Wohnung hatten wir leider sehr laute Menschen wohnen. Die Hausbeschaffenheit ist ziemlich hellhörig. Zur Lage der Wohnung: mit dem Bus (ca 3-5min zu Fuß) sind es ca 10-15 min nach Trastevere-ein super cooler Stadtteil. In die City sind es ca 20 min. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine sehr feine Pizzeria und leckerstes Sushi. Einen Supermarkt (Rewe, Lidl etc) findet man mit dem Bus 2 Stationen weiter. Kleinere Läden - welche teurer sind - sind um die Ecke. Giuliana- lieben Dank für Ihre Hilfe und Unterstützung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter.
