This beautifully decorated unit has 2 Bedrooms/2 Baths, a fully equipped kitchen, kitchen countertop dining, large dining room, 3 TV's, 2 DVD players, 2 VCRs, 1 stereo (radio, cd, cassette). Lots of beach equipment including 6 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler, books, games, and pool noodles. Quiet and open, screened lanai/patio. Near the large heated pool and clubhouse area. The scenic walk to the secluded beach, crosses a boardwalk over a bayou, and takes you through a protective wildlife habitat area. Tennis courts and free kayaks/canoes available. WIFI IN UNIT
The housekeeping staff adheres to a rigorous and detailed cleaning protocol to keep our visitors safe and rentals clean. For further protection, a commercial anti-viral fogger is used in-between rentals, and to comply with CDC guidelines we have provided a Sanitizer and hand soap for your use while you stay. Our guests can rest assured that our condos are cleaned and sanitized for their protection so that they can truly relax and enjoy Sanibel Island.
