Just steps from the beach, enjoy shelling, sun, and sand, or relax by the pool and take in partial Gulf views from your screened lanai. Chic coastal décor and a bright open kitchen are just a few of the many features of this highly sought-after seaside condo at Loggerhead Cay.

THE SPACE
This coastal boutique two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo features a spacious living area with an oversized sectional, designer furniture, and a large Smart TV. The fully equipped open kitchen with stainless steel appliances overlooks the main living space, while the dining area accommodates meals at the table or bar, complete with a space to mix an afternoon cocktail. The serene master suite offers a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and ample closet space. The guest bedroom and bath provide a private palm oasis. The enclosed lanai includes a casual seating area and a bistro table perfect for morning coffee. Lanai has partial gulf and pool views.

THE PROPERTY
Loggerhead Cay is a well-maintained beachfront complex on the easily accessible east end of the island, just minutes from the Causeway. The property offers one of the largest heated pools on the island, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, private beach access, BBQ grills, and elevator access.

THE ISLAND
Sanibel Island is about 25 miles from Fort Myers Airport and feels secluded with its pristine coastline. Renowned as one of the world’s top shelling destinations, the island also offers miles of bike paths, nature preserves, and outdoor adventures.

THE EXTRAS
High-speed WiFi, three Smart TVs, a full-size washer and dryer, and quality linens are included, along with everything you need for a beach day, including chairs, umbrellas, towels, sand toys, and a beach wagon.

Families will appreciate the mini crib with organic sheets, portable high chair, and child-friendly plates and cups.

Perfect location and condo for our family of 4 with two young children. The beach and pool were great, accommodations were clean, and the bonus of beach items was great. We would book again!

The host was so very responsive. I had a problem with using the keypad that was immediately addressed. Was actually allowed to check in an hour early which was wonderful as our day started at 3am for travel. The storage area with all the beach equipment was fabulous! Boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs, seashell scoops, it was all there!! No buying a ton of stuff to play that you can’t take home afterwards.

Our condo/ host provided a welcoming and very comfortable accommodations- lanai is our favorite. The grounds and pool are beautifully clean and landscaped. Being on sanibel beach is the best sunrise walking and getaway.

The property was very clean but everything in the living room appeared to be in pristine condition in the photos and it was obviously in very used condition-used but clean. We had a wonderful time.

We do want to clarify that our furnishings are regularly maintained and remain in very good condition. While they may not be brand new, they are accurately represented, cared for and replaced as needed. We take tremendous pride in keeping our unit in top notch condition and ensuring it is accurately presented to our guests.

Loggerhead has been our go-to location for the last three years. Easy to get on and off the island and close to everything you need. Cocohut was a great place to stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, as well as the couch. The storage room was great for keeping the beach stuff out of the condo. The wagon came in so handy! Communication with the hosts was excellent.

Working with Tara was great. She was very responsive to my questions. The condo was fully stocked with the basics and was great. The master bed is very comfortable. The patio overlooked the pool and you can see the ocean in the distance. The elevator worked great. It's not a long walk to the beach. We would typically go to the beach and then end up at the pool. The week of August 22 is very hot but also a good time to go if you like privacy. The beaches were not crowded. There are many beaches that you should visit if you haven't been here before, but be prepared to pay 5 per hour to park. It's worth it though. If you like fishing, contact Whitney's. We had a blast and caught 29 different fish. Also, we enjoyed the Blue Giraffe for dinner. Sanibel is a great island. Keep an eye open for the wildlife. We saw two coyotes and iguanas.

We really loved our stay at the Cocohut. It's open, airy and so comfy. We really enjoyed sitting on the lanai, and watching the sun rise. Our host was excellent - always responsive if we had questions or needed anything.

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was incredibly close walking distance to the beach, and everything we needed was provided (beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.) The condo itself was very clean and had a view of the ocean from the lanai. Great communication with the owners as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and Convenient

We enjoyed our time on Sanibel. The condo was clean, bright and well furnished. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped and right near the beach. We would definitely book this property again when coming back!

Very nice unit and very clean. Had everything we needed. Owners responded to any questions right away. We would definitely stay there again. Shirt walk to beach and the pool was very nice.
