!!!Location, location, location!!! Our Snow Country condo is located in the center of town, 14 min walk to Main Street and 18 min walk to Park City Mountain Resort. The free bus runs every 10-15 minutes and is a 2 min walk from the condo.
The condo has been completely remodeled with the best quality materials and furniture: granite, stainless steel, cooking wares and the best mattresses and luxury linens.
We love hosting our friends and family and many avid fly fishermen, during summer. In the winter we open our door to skiers and Sundance Film enthusiasts. We enjoyed meeting our guests coming from all over the world and show them our back country with fly fishing and snowmobiling trips!
Park City Outfitters offers a luxurious ski condo with 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds, 1.25 bath (one full bath plus a vanity with sink area next to the bathroom) accommodating 4-5 people, condo size 910 square feet. Close to restaurants, shopping and movie theaters, 5 minutes via FREE bus.
Why not spend few days in Park City, Utah with us and let Park City Outfitters guide you on the renowned Provo River for an awesome fly fishing experience.

There are three shuttle stops within a half a block and they run every seven to ten minutes to any place you want to go.

Park City Mountain Resort is part of Vail resorts; is less than 1/2 mile away. A free shuttle will take you there, or once you learn the short-cut, it's an easy walk. Grocery store is within 1/4 mile.

Enjoy the following activities: watch Sundance movies, flyfish, tennis, mountain bike, ski, hot air balloon, hiking, shopping, ski jumping/bob sled/luge rides at Utah Winter Sports Park, Alpine slide at Park City Mountain Resort (walking distance).Deer Valley Resort is only 5 minutes away if you drive and the Canyons Resort is 10 minutes away!

After you are done playing (ski, fly fish or maybe golfing) come back home and enjoy a well equipped kitchen, a large granite counter top with seating for 7 around the island. Our condo has it all: tiled floors, designer furniture and finishes, luxurious linens for your comfort.

The Snow Country condo offers a full bathroom with shower and bath tub and an additional area for makeup with a counter and sink.

Nice family conso

We really enjoyed our stay. You can tell this property is well cared for and that the owners are frequently there, unlike some properties that are purely rentals and have no personal touches. The bedding and towels were all high-quality. It is perfect for a family of 4 with a king bed in one room and two twin beds in the other room. If it wasn’t so cold and snowy, we could’ve walked to many locations to eat and it is right around the corner from a couple of free shuttle stops. I would recommend this condo as we have stayed at a lot of places in Park city and most of them are not nearly this nice. (unless you pay high-end prices for an expensive hotel). They also had coffee and several condiments there which was a nice addition.

Welcoming

Very nice, easy to use the bus to get to Park City Base or the Canyons. Felt like visiting a friend's home, very welcoming.

Home away from home

My brother and I rented Ileana and Brandon’s condo during our Feb 2020 ski trip to Park city for 8 days. The property is a few short walk to the Park city’s lifts where driving, parking nor taking bus are not necessary. The condo is on the top floor where it is very quiet, since my brother is sensitive to noises. On the first day we were greeted with fruit basket and a tray of muffins, thank you very much. The internet wire/Wi-Fi is available and fast, if you like to work and play. The condo is fully equipped with all types of kitchen items. I personally love the variety of Keurig’ coffee, since I love coffee. The living room equips with large screen TV and variety of TV programs to watch. The living room was so comfortable that my brother took a day off and just watched TV. One bedroom has large king size bed and other has 2 full size beds, and they are very comfortable to sleep on, with plenty of pillows and blankets. There is 1 full bathroom and a separate sink location which is very convenience. My brother and I highly recommend Ileana and Brandon’s condo to anyone that plans to visit Park City, UT. This place becomes our favorite, we are planning to go back to Ileana and Brandon’s condo again next year.

Great condo in a great location!

I booked this property on behalf of a film team for Sundance. The location was perfect for the festival, check-in was easy, and Ileana and Brandon were so easy to communicate with. Would definitely book with them again!

Thank you to the owners, Ileana and Brandon, for a wonderful time in Park City/Deer Valley. The condo was perfect for the two of us seniors. Over the years we have been on many ski trips which involved renting a condo or house. This condo by far exceeded every single one of them. PROS: Amply supplied with anything you could possibly need. Beautifully decorated Bed and bedding were very comfortable Washer and dryer in unit Close to everything Bus stop a very short walk Adjustable thermostat that actually worked Dehumidifier in unit Very clean A welcome surprise in the kitchen A plush bathrobe for each of us to use (loved this!!!) Spacious and comfortable living room All kinds of entertainment available, TVs in each room, DVDs, books Place to store your ski equipment though the ski resort has free overnight storage which is great Kitchen is well equipped and everything worked well Beautiful view of the mountains and very quiet Free, secure internet Smoke detectors and I think there were also carbon monoxide detectors An assigned parking space The owners were awesome! Very responsive, accomodating and easy to work with I'm sure I am missing some other items that we appreciated but I can't think of right now CONS: parking is not covered At night and with a lot of snow piled up it isn’t all that easy to see the parking space numbers. Used the flashlight on my cell phone solved the problem Would we recommend this rental or stay here again? Yes, in a heart beat!!

Wonderful condo!

This is one of the best condos we’ve ever rented, we rent several per year around the world. The welcome goodies, finishes, decor, linens, super soft robes in the master are exceptional. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner who is delightful and super responsive. It’s an easy walk around the corner to the shuttle stop and < 5 min to the slopes. Our older son walked the few blocks each day. We’re already planning our return for next year.

DON'T MISS THIS ONE!

This unit is fabulous, meeting every aspect of the description and more. It was spotless upon arrival and well maintained throughout my stay. The unit is convenient to public transportation - just steps away. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance too. Quality and attention to detail are displayed throughout the unit. I spent 6 weeks here last ski season and felt at home every day. It’s inviting and welcoming after a long day on the slopes. Ownership pride is evidenced by the decorator like furnishings, beds are super, furniture comfy, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. Owners Ileana and Brandon are great people who will ensure your visit is fantastic.

Perfect Get-away Ski Haven

Wow! Usually pictures of condos on the Internet are nicer than the actual accommodations. This place was exactly the opposite! The place was simply gorgeous. The owners obviously have excellent taste in decoration and style. The place was immaculate. This place had all the amenities of home. A great sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher. This allowed us to eat dinner in on some of the nights, and watch movies on a giant flat panel TV screen with surround sound! It was awesome to be able to do laundry right there in the comfort of your own condo! The temperature control was surprisingly perfect. I did not feel too hot or too cold. There were 2 bedroom's. One with a king-sized bed and another with a pair of twins. I appreciated the second bathroom sink so that somebody could be taking a shower with the door closed, and somebody else could be brushing teeth at the second sink at the same time. We were super glad we did not get a hotel where we would be tripping over each other. Highly Highly recommended!!

Incredibly convenient location and super comfortable

Stayed here for a week after Christmas. Wonderful experience. The condo is decorated so nicely. They have everything you need in the kitchen. The washing machine room is a perfect place to store ski gear - warm and keeps things dry. The beds were super comfortable. Everything was well kept and in perfect condition. Parking space if you need it, but a bus stop right off the parking lot (for the free shuttle around town). Also, I ended up extending for an extra day and Brandon was incredibly accommodating. I was really pleased - this place had everything we needed. And the owners are so wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend

Great place to stay

We have stayed in this condo a couple of times for our ski holiday. We love that it is just a short drive from Salt Lake city airport. That makes it so convenient. Ileana has a lovely eye for decorating and the huge granite top in the kitchen made us fall in love with the place. It is spotless. Brandon and Ileana kept in touch with us while we were there and are extremely friendly offering any assistance they could. The availability of public transportation right near the condo made our stay even more enjoyable and we were able to ski a couple of different places.

Beautiful Condo in perfect location

The condo is our home away from home and the only place we stay when coming to Park City. We probably stay here 2-3 times a year and it is always clean, well stocked and well.....like home! Our kids especially like having their own room and the multiple, large flat screens. The beds are super comfy, plenty of drawers and closet space. Kitchen is gorgeous, modern and has everything you would need for an extended stay. There is a park and playground just a couple minutes from your door and of course all of downtown and numerous wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store is a block away. Slope and golf course within 5 minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone planning on making a trip to PC.

Excellent condo in the heart of Park City

Pictures do not do this condo justice. This place was amazing! Everything was recently upgraded. Beds were very comfortable. There are mountain/slope views from both bedrooms. The place was very clean and everything seemed brand new. There is a washer and dryer and a dishwasher to go along with a full range, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, and a large refrigerator w/ icemaker. Lots of dishes, pots & pans, utensils, etc. to make your own meals. Three shuttle stops within a half a block. Another major one about a block and a half away. We stayed here during Sundance and shuttles ran every seven to ten minutes to anyplace you wanted to go. Park City Mountain Resort is less than 1/2 mile a way. Shuttles will take you there, or once you learn the short-cut, it's an easy walk. Grocery store within 1/4 mile and restaurants all over - we recommend Squatters which is about 3 blocks away. The owners are also amazing and very accommodating. We had some strange travel times and they were willing to work with us to make our check-in and check-out match our flight times - try getting that at a resort! If we ever make it back to Park City, we will definitely check the availability of this condo before looking anywhere else.

Memorable stay at Snow Country Condo

We had a great time in Park City - the skiing was amazing. Coming back from skiing to such a comfortable, clean condo helped make our stay even more special. We really appreciated the welcome basket and Christmas decorations. The owners were really helpful. We hope we can go back one day.

Exceeded our expectations

It's true: unbelievable convenience to Deer Valley and Main St., you will not be disappointed. The condo complex itself looks plain and ho-hum from the outside, but once you open the front door, you will be delighted. It is fresh, clean and everything inside is indeed high quality. The pictures on VRBO are nice, but the unit is even better than the photos show! The descriptions of designer decor and comfort are accurate. The main room had a place for each of our family of 4 to sit comfortably while watching a DVD ( no loser to get the bad seat 'cause there isn't one!) The laundry room, which really isn't mentioned, was helpful and is a great warm place to dry those snowy boots. Bathroom is great because the showerhead is high enough for a really tall person and has good water pressure, ample hot water, too. Be aware that the "quarter" bath means an extra sink / counter, note that there is only one toilet. Both bedrooms had new beds with really nice linens and comfort. The owners were reliable, helpful, and available to us while in Park City. These nice hosts even had a nice welcome waiting for us in the kitchen – we did not have to run to the grocery store on the night of arrival for the next morning’s coffee and tea! As we arrived the day after Christmas, we were pleased to find holiday decorations throughout the unit including a mini-tree, wreath, and other Christmas touches. The drive is SO short to Deer Valley ,Main St. and in addition, quick walking distance for a middle aged couple to several restuarants and shops. The only negative thing I can say is that in the dark, it was really hard to find the assigned parking place! Our family loves skiing at Deer Valley and checking out the shops and restaurants on historic Main St. We went during a busy time and it is advisable to make dinner reservations, or get there before 6:30. Also, there is an outdoor common area with benches and a great place to play in the snow with the kids. These folks are great hosts and treated us right – we do plan to return and recommend it highly.

We cannot wait until our ...

We cannot wait until our next trip to Park City! Starting with the quick drive up to Park City from Salt Lake City, we enjoyed so much of our vacation. The condo was great; it felt like we were at home! The condo was central to all Park City has to offer! The grocery store was a block in one direction and Park City Mtn Resort was a short walk in the other direction. With Park City's eco-friendly convenient transit system, Main Street and the Canyons Resort was only minutes away! The condo was very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked w/ pots, pans and utensils. We had some great meals around the kitchen bar! The two flat screens and bedrooms were very nice as well. Hope to see you again in 2008!
