This sprawling house on a peaceful private lot has it all for your family vacation or group reunion. With comfortable gathering spaces both inside and out, this property encourages togetherness but also allows for precious alone time.

It was perfect for our needs. Roomy. Close to town but not too close. Deer, birds and fox in yard. Great hot tub. Comfortable.

Great location, beautiful view, and perfect for pups!

We enjoyed our stay - the view is wonderful, deer and quail visited us every morning and the large, fenced yard was great for our dogs to run and play. Everything was clean and beds were comfy. Host was kind and responsive!

Nice home close to town.

Family trip for our son’s second birthday. Nice areas for group meals and hanging out. Proximity to Leavenworth is great. Pets and hot tub was a plus. Would stay again.

Great location and property

Great location, private but close to town. Large amazing fenced yard. Small kitchen but many room and bed options. Overall enjoyed our stay and would book again. Very easy to communicate with host.

Leavenworth Stay

The house was very clean and a great number of beds/bedrooms. Great for kids! The hot tub was awesome too. Lucie was very responsive and the views were beautiful. Overall a great stay. The AC was adequate, but wish it was a little better.

Amazing Family Vacation

This property was everything I had hoped for and more. My family (dogs included) all had an amazing trip here. The check in process was seem less and the property manager was helpful and communicative. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking for a luxury cabin vacation!

Oktoberfest with Family

We had extended family stay with us to enjoy Leavenworth and Oktoberfest. Very peaceful and private. So much fun to watch the deer in the backyard every morning! Very easy to pop in and out of town to attend the festival. Great for kids too.

Birthday getaway

The house was great for a getaway to Leavenworth. Well supplied for cooking a nice meal, good hanging out space, and the hot tub was perfect for apres-ski. Lucie was very responsive in all communications.

Wonderful place, helpful host

We stayed in the winter, and the views were wonderful, the house warm, and the hot tub ready. The layout is unique, great for kids. Lucie was very helpful and available if needed, even helped find a lost wedding ring! Looking forward to our return.

Ideal location for family and dogs

Gorgeous retreat

Enjoyed staying at Fawn Meadows with my adult kids and their families. We had plenary of space and enjoyed being able to eat together at the huge dining table while the deer meandered in the back yard. The house was clean and had great gathering space. Very close to lovely Leavenworth. The owner was super to work with . Hoping to make this an annual visit to this lovely home

Awesome

Lucie was a great host. We were greeted with a basket of snacks and an impeccably immaculately clean house. Description of amenities and property were exactly as stated. View of the mountains with passing deer was definitely a plus. Enjoyed the hot tub and relaxed in the family room that gave everyone comfortable seating. Beds were comfy and cozy. We enjoyed what downtown Leavenworth had to offer which was a 5 minute drive from the house. Overall a very relaxing stay.

Amazing Family home

This home offers space for everyone! The amazing views out the back at the mountains and wildlife, the hot tub, and large yard offers hours of enjoyment. Yes the kitchen is small but that’s not what we were there for! Host is very responsive. You are close to town but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Looking forward to our next stay.

Cozy in Leavenworth

We had a wonderful visit with our entire family, plus my daughter's boyfriend. There were plenty of rooms and beds and it was nice to have the 2-1/2 bathrooms, with so many of us. We loved the large yard full of snow. The kids had a great time building snowmen and snow forts. The hot tub was a nice evening escape. It was a short drive to town and we loved walking around enjoying the lights and the shops.

Perfect for our needs

This home fit our needs perfectly. We were in town for my son's wedding and we had an elderly adult with us and he was able to sleep downstairs. In addition, there were three other bedrooms for more guests. The property is beautiful and the background has a grill, horseshoes and a hot tub. Definitely would use again

Bavarian Christmas

The property was exactly what we needed for our Christmas vacation in Leavenworth. We had two young children and were able to utilize the yard for our own snow fun away from the crowds. When we did want to go into town, it was just a hop skip and a jump to get there. The house was cozy, warm inviting and had everything we needed for 6 days. Should we choose to stay in Leavenworth again, this is where I will be booking.

one of the best leavenworth rentals for groups!

we are avid travelers to the area with family and my husband growing up in the area. this is our 5th house we have rented in Leavenworth and the photos and listing doesn't do it justice; all the rooms are spacious, i didn't hear anyone complain of an uncomfortable bed (we had the max 8 people) the greatest part is how well the house is built- unlike a lot of other rentals the noise proof through out this house- your children can be asleep and you can still enjoy and be up hanging out without ANY disturbances to the littles. this is huge when you're getting together with friends and playing fun card games at night etc. The host family is very accommodating and great at communicating.

Perfect Retreat With Friends!

Our group of "young senior citizens" had a perfect weekend of relaxation, fall beauty, and laughter at this wonderful view property! The jam-packed streets of Leavenworth were straight across the river, half a mile off at most, but they might as well have been a hundred miles away. We spent hours catching up on our lives sitting in the huge sectional sofa and comfortable chairs in the living room, with spectacular views of the nearby hills and ridges, only interrupted by frequent visits from a family of blacktailed deer, All the beds were comfortable, the well-stocked cookware allowed us to cook our own meals, and the heating system worked perfectly. All of us commented on how beautiful this property would be in winter, and we're making plans to come back!! Thank you, Lucie, for providing the perfect place to reconnect and relax!!

Perfect location. Well maintained. Lots of room for everyone.

This was a family getaway to connect w/ our kids (ages 23, 25). Location and amenities were perfect. Just far enough away from town to feel like we had our own place. Close enough to easily zip over there when needed. Absolutely stunning views of the mountains from the backyard, deck and hot tub. Oh yes .. private hot tub ... a huge plus. So great to just hang out, talk, look at the mountains. Really wonderful. House had everything we needed, was extremely clean and well maintained. We brought food, cooked most of our own meals (saved a lot doing that), and occasionally went downtown for the beer & brats, which was fantastic. We bought local wines, brought them back and hung out in the yard —- what a great time. Thanks to Lucie for plenty of up front communication on location, getting in, etc. Everything was smooth. Also, plenty of available cable and streamed TV channels, games and information on the area. Looking forward to a future trip!

Later with our kids for the sunny days during winter and to teach them cross country skiing with our friends. Finally, we decided to share our these experiences with others through the Fawn Meadows vacation rental.
Lucie, your host has experienced vacation rental all around the globe - from Africa to Central America and Europe. She always had great recommendations, to the point one of the owners tried to hire her as a property manager! But she loves the Pacific Northwest - so she decided to help you, visitors of Fawn Meadows experience the best of Leavenworth.

This house was built to last by German builders and is full of handcrafted details, from custom stair rails down to the doorknobs. The view is breathtaking and the property is lovely on all sides. There is space to roam and tons of wildlife to is a local herd of mule deer that are frequent visitors!

Large and quiet property just few minutes away from the town. Views , views , views that are so beautiful and constantly changing due to the clouds , snow and sunshine. Family home were two families or just a group of friends can enjoy their stay with everything you need for cooking. Having 4 bedrooms, large dining table and living room make you feel like at home. It is very cozy place and you will wish to stay longer.
