My sister and I rented this house for 3 weeks in order to help our brother through a larger surgery and initial recovery. The location was an equal distance from the hospital and our brother's home (about 10 mins each). Though an older home, it is well maintained and comfortable and the size was perfect for us. We cooked nearly all our meals here so we appreciated that the kitchen was open to the living space. Whoever was cooking could still visit and attend to others in the house. There are several houses on the street, but the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful during our entire stay. When we had a couple of minor issues, the host responded and address them immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Cozy Home

My family enjoyed the property. Clean, welcoming, and away from city life. They even had k-cups available when we arrived. Everything worked great for us. Kitchen is fully equipped to make a meal for a family.

A great getaway for a college visit

This is a nice property for anyone who wants to be close enough to the university but far enough out of the hustle and bustle. Fully equipped kitchen to whip up your own meal and avoid the crowded restaurants during parent’s weekend. Would stay again.

Great Weekend

Great property for our parents’ weekend stay. A little out of the way which was nice considering the craziness of B-town. Great property - great communication & well appointed property!
