Beautiful Home on a Point Private Pool, Hot Tub and Boat Dock

Beautiful 8000 sq. foot home with 7+bedrooms sitting on 700 + feet of private lakefront featuring miles and miles of breathtaking lake views, including private 2 slip boat dock.
There are 7 bedrooms featuring King, Queen and Full beds and a "kids bunk room" with 3 sets of full over full bunks. The large fully equipped kitchen has 3 ovens, warming drawer, large Sub Zero fridge, microwave and dishwasher as well as an unbelievable center island for preparing your meals. House has attached 3 season room with double Viking grill, small fridge and dishwasher. There is "patio" style seating that seats 9 in this room. House also features large dining room and eat in kitchen. House has 3 fireplaces, 40 foot ceilings, sweeping stairs and a wall of windows overlooking the lake. House sits on over 700 feet of private lakefront with a cove running along side the house that is great for skiing and tubing. House features a laundry room with washer/dryer for your use. A boat dock with 1 slip (10 x 32) and large swim platform is also included with the house. House is set up for small weddings, family reunions and corporate retreats. There are plenty of linens, towels, dinnerware and cooking utensils. The "kids bunk room" is spacious and has a large TV for movie watching as well as the 3 sets of full over full bunks. House has small media room with comfortable leather seating. Patio with pool and hot tub is over 2000 square feet and breathtaking views of the lake from 3 sides.
Patio area around pool and railing updated 2021 as well as outdoor patio furniture. A billiards table was added Summer of 2022.

So clean, host was great, pool was SO FUN !!! Hot tub was awesome at night and in the morning!! Lake view incredible, I would so come back! Wish I lived there!!

We were a group of 18 adults staying at the house and it was perfect for us. The views of the lake were beautiful! Communication and check in was easy. I would recommend this home for a large group

Don’t get me wrong the home is nice! But there were a LOT of things about the home that weren’t up to par with the amount of money you spend to stay here. The pool had rusted kitchen sheet pans in the bottom covering huge holes that had pool parts down in them. There are broken and missing tiles in and around the entire pool, the waterfall edge was missing a ton too, the pool fountains didn’t work. The pool table has no light above it to play and the sticks had no tips on them. The huge kitchen that we were cooking for 16 people in had minimal kitchen wear, for example there were no sheet pans (they were in the pool….). The water pressure was terrible! Multiple times we had friends have to get out mid shower because the water just stopped and they had to go to another shower… the sunroom grill was very dirty so we couldn’t cook on it because we didn’t have anything to clean it with. Again the home is overall a lot of space but I just feel like the overall feel and quality wasn’t there for the price.

This house is in an incredible location (centrally located at the lake) and had incredible views from the backyard pool! The dock made getting picked up for our boat trip very easy. Would definitely recommend staying here for a larger group!

Great location and beautiful view of the lake. The pool/patio area was great and accommodated our large multigenerational group perfectly! The property owner was very responsive when we needed assistance. Property in need of some updates and maintenance but overall satisfied with our stay.

We had 27 adults & 1 baby, the house claims to sleep 30, but I see after the fact that that number includes air mattresses, which shouldn't count towards your true capacity. If you stay here, I would recommend doing an inventory of the towels & toilet paper, we didn't have enough of either & had to buy more of both. The king rooms on the 3rd level had to keep their doors open so that those sleeping in the bunk room can walk through to their beds & the shared bathroom, so don't expect privacy. It's disappointing to see that in 5 years the hole to the pool intake still doesn't have a grate, we put a cookie sheet over it after my daughter fell into it. Overall a very spacious home with great views & good location, but I will reiterate the other reviews that it needs maintenance, the specifics of which I shared with George & Alex.

Good property for our large group of 22. We really enjoyed the outside patio pool area, the view was awesome. Sleeping situation was comfortable for everyone, host was responsive to our requests. House is well located on the lake. Dock was very bouncy during the day as it is located in a very busy section of the lake.

Spacious House & Great Pool

We had a group of 12 and had lots of space, plenty of rooms and comfortable beds. The pool was perfect for the heat & the AC worked great for as large as the house was! Loved fishing from the dock as well! There were some safety hazards that concerned us (uncovered pool drain we kept stepping into, front door that seemed not to lock, a broken bunk bed) and didn’t think it had been cleaned well before us (LOTS of bugs, unwiped table with stickiness, a grease leaking stove outside & chunks of hair on the stairs and some carpet staining that made it clear there were dogs there previously). House needs some maintenance and love but it served us well.

Family Vacation June 16-23 2023

Pros: Nice big house lots of room to spread out! The pool was great since it was extremely hot all week! Kids enjoyed the media room for movies! Cons: upper bedrooms way too hot called & said they would have someone out never happened & a lot of steps in house as well as to The dock for somebody that is might be challenged!

Ozarks 2024

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The house is quite large and accomodated our group of 20. The best part of the entire complex is the pool and patio area. There was plenty of tables and chairs for our entire group. The place does need some outside attention. Only complaint about the inside is the bathroom configuration and the lack of ample seating in the living room. The view from the pool is outstanding. Got some fabulous pictures of the full strawberry moon from there.

Large group of adults a kids

Our overall stay was great with a few minor issues. The property and location were great for our vacation. We had a mixture of adults and kids. The view from the house and pool is amazing! The pool/jacuzzi are great. We rented boats and used the dock. There are MANY stairs in the house and to the dock so be prepared. The property host was very responsive to all our needs. There were a few issues with water pressure and maintenance that the host said would be addressed. The cleanliness of the house could use some improvements, but it is a large house to turn over.

Great location but needs some TLC

The location of the house is fantastic along the lake. The house fit all 20 of us. A few downsides was it was dirty when we came although the cleaners had been there. It needs updating. A lot of things broken that have not been fixed. Needs a fresh coat of paint and new carpet. The owner was very responsive to when issues occurred. It could be a beautiful home again’m

Problems with smell and air conditioning.

4 of the 7 nights the bunk room had no air conditioning. There also was a horrible smell in the east bedrooms on the first and second floors. We were told by the maintenance people that there probably was a dead animal or something of the sort in the vents for those particular rooms. Needless to say our trip was very enjoyable and the house, other than the above, was great!

Renters beware

I’ll start with the positives. This home had plenty of room to accommodate a large family and had a wonderful outdoor area. I feel like this is where the positives end. The home did not appear to have been recently cleaned when we arrived and the washcloths were black after cleaning the kitchen countertops upon check in. Our first night all showers had almost no hot water and no water pressure, to the point where you couldn’t wash your hair. By the second night there was no water coming out of the showers on the second and third floor. We contacted the owner who was going to “ look into it”. We never heard back until we contacted him again when we went to take showers on our last night and there still was no water except in one bathroom on the ground floor. We were told to turn off the air conditioner and see if that helped. Which it did not. We had to have 17 people take a shower in one small shower. The light to one of the bathrooms also controlled a bedroom light, so if you turned on the bathroom light the bedroom also turned on. So at night you had to use the bathroom without a light so you didn’t wake up the next bedroom. For the cost of this rental you would expect a much nicer, more updated, cleaner home.

Pisces vacation House, Sunrise Beach, Lake of the Ozark

Our group consisted of 14 adults and 5 children. The house is beautiful, and the scenic view is great. The rooms are large but not conveniently arranged. There are three levels. The bottom level consists of the kitchen, which is well stocked with almost all needs, dining area, family room, theater room, three season porch, bath and a half, laundry room, and a huge bedroom with a king size bed and oversized bathroom, a walkout to the patio, swimming pool, hot tub and steps to the dock. This is where everyone hung out. You enter the house through the middle level, gathering room. To get to the bottom level you must go down 30 steps. The 3rd level is another 30 steps 60 total steps. Everything coming and going comes through the middle area. Bringing in groceries, and other items requires bringing them down 30 steps etc. to the bottom level where everyone gathers. There are 60 steps from the bottom level to the third level. If you have a disability and cannot walk up and down 30 steps consider selecting a different place. I must use a walker and could not come into the house from the front door. Thankfully there is a cart path from the front of the house to the back but barely wide enough for a car which got me to the bottom level. There were a few maintenance problems. We rented a pontoon boat with a pilot and he picked people up from the dock and took them water tubing and site seeing. Everyone had a great time. I recommend this house if you can maneuver 30 to 60 steps.

June 2022 Week long vacation

The home is huge and accommodated all 22 of us - ages baby to 67 year old grandparents. Positives: Large kitchen with adequate supplies. It was a very hot week and luckily the air conditioner kept up except for the very top floor. The bonus sun room worked out well for seatings for meals since we cooked in all week. It was nice to have the extra refrigerator and a freezer in the laundry room NEGATIVES: Maintenance issues that were mentioned in 2021 reviews have not been repaired. The missing cement block getting to the pier is not repaired and very dangerous. Also, there is such a downward slope to even get to the dock that we were very hesitant to even walk back & forth. The ice cube maker was broken and we were never notified. No ice cube maker for a group of 22 when it is 100 degrees is absolutely necessary and feel we should have been told. We spent over $50 on ice during the week which was a huge hassle. There was no lock on the bathroom door between kid's room and the adult connected room. This was also mentioned in previous reviews and should have been addressed. When you look at the property from the water, it looked rundown. Retaining wall breaking away, limbs and other debris stacked up, infinity pool not running. It just appears that the owner has no desire to keep the property maintained, which is very sad since it could be a 5 star property if it was cared for.
