This was an amazing stay. We really enjoyed all the amenities and had a great time. Thank you to the owners for a great place and have an available to us and to the property manager for making us feel right at home and making sure everything was nice and clean.

The Waterford Chateau is a luxury home for big groups with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in 6000 sq feet of space. With several entertainment spaces inside and out with a pool table and shuffleboard downstairs, and a game room in the garage with ping pong, air hockey, foosball, and more, there is fun had by all ages! Come back and see us anytime of the year. The 6-person saltwater hot tub is always hot and ready.

Great view of the lake, my golf group had a great time. Host was very quick to respond to any questions.Patio and pool area is a great place to relax after the day. I really appreciated the gourmet kitchen setup.Beds were comfortable, and very clean.We will be back next year.Vance from S.E. Mo.

We would love for your golf group of guys to come back to the Waterford Chateau next year. By adding the Terrace Hideaway at the time of your reservation for a minimal rate per night, it was great to see you had plenty of room for 12 guys, each to have their own bed! Thank you for letting us know the jacuzzi was not heating up past 100°. You let us know right away so we could get the spa tech out there and the part replaced that same day in order to have the hot tub heated up to 104 for your end of day relaxation period around the pool. Looking forward to next fall!

Absolutely the best!

Wow! What a house! The plethron of games, the pool, the hot tub - made the stay of the best we have experienced. The view of the lake is absolutely stunning, the sunsets were beautiful. Cannot wait to visit again! Worth every dollar!

What an amazing property. The location is perfect for accessing all that the lake offers while providing a sanctuary away from the busyness of every day life. I highly recommend this property for your next trip, we will be back!

The Waterford Chateau was amazing! We had 10 adults staying in the house for a 40th birthday party and there was plenty of room, comfortable beds, dark curtains, great bathrooms with heated toilet seats, I mean, it was an incredible house.Everything was very clean, we did lots of cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The ice maker was clutch.The pool area was used the most, lots of great hangout spots. The dock is a bit far down, but it was good exercise! Kim was a great host, very responsive with clear check-in / out communication.Would highly recommend!

House was awesome and comfortable. There was a lot of fun games available. The pool and hot tub were great and having a dock close by was a bonus. We were able to rent a boat for the entirety of our trip. We enjoyed our trip!

So glad two families with children were able to enjoy the pool which was open the first week in May at the Waterford Chateau. The Waterford Chateau is a great space for all ages with our pool table, shuffleboard, ping pong table, air hockey, and a new 6-person saltwater spa open all seasons.

Incredible Property in the Ozarks

This property is incredible! Exceeded every expectation we had from amenities to communication with the property manager. This is a property we will come back to in the future. Close to everything and well maintained!

The Waterford Chateau is a 6,000 sq foot custom built rock home boasting of unique features, three gas fireplaces, an outdoor pool, elevated lounge space with views overlooking the lake, a game room in the garage, and an upper deck for el fresco dining. The new owners take pride in making sure their guests not only feel at home but have the best experience possible. The views are amazing and the entertainment amenities such as the downstairs bar area with pool table, shuffle board, and in ground pool are everyone’s favorites. Beautiful home with amazing views

Kim is a wonderful host and very respectful. The house has everything you could possible need from games to music to all your entertainment needs. Every room is clean with elegant decorative details. The view of the lake is incredible. I would have to say i enjoyed the view the most sitting outside on the deck watching the sunrise and sunset. This home deserves a 10 above 5 for a rating.

Happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at the Waterford Chateau. This custom stone home has many fun amenities for family gatherings of all ages with two master suites, a crib, and a game room. We are so happy to hear you enjoyed the view the most. Located in the prestigious neighborhood of Porto Cima, the home faces the West and sunsets are breathtaking over the heated pool. At the end of April, the Community Bridge will no longer be collecting a toll, so the location is prime. You are welcome back anytime.

Spectacular from start to finish!

This home is spectacular! The home itself is amazing , but the LAKE VIEWS! And deer freely roam the grounds! This was our group’s second year of staying in this incredible home for several of our birthdays celebration. This year it was decorated for Christmas and was just breathtaking! Everything inside the home is high end, and electric bidets in every bathroom! We love the kitchen and the 2 bar areas-so perfect for entertaining. Kim is great to work with from start to finish, and was easy to get a hold of when we had a small hiccup. Our group hopes we are able to secure this beautiful home every year for our celebration.

Gorgeous house

Everything was outstanding. Too many VRBOs look good in pictures and then you get there and... you know. Everything is in perfect condition, and all the games in the house are great for down time between activities (or just if it's raining out & we feel lazy). Pool is just big enough to cool off. We ended up renting a tritoon for a couple days & were able to dock it at the house at night (they left a big inflatable dock bumper for us, which was perfect because we're novices at boating). BBQ works great, chef's kitchen everything works great, and I'm sure the whole-house sonos sound system would've worked great if I could figure out how to work it lol. July 4 fireworks were right across the lake so we had an unobstructed view & didn't have to go anywhere. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
