Enjoy what is arguably the best location in Breckenridge at this upscale condo within walking distance of the lifts! You'll have a private balcony with picturesque views of Breckenridge Ski Resort, a pair of fireplaces to welcome you home each afternoon, and shared access to a pool and hot tub that are heated perfectly for every season! A jetted tub, prestige finishes, and homey details will only add to your comfort.

This condo sits 50 yards from Main Street in Breckenridge, where you'll find an endless supply of restaurants, watering holes, boutiques, gift shops, and gear shops. Just a few steps away is the base of the Quicksilver Super 6 chairlift, which will provide skiers and snowboarders with easy access to the entire mountain. You can also catch the Summit Stage on Main Street, which connects Breckenridge to towns and mountain resorts across Summit County.

THINGS TO KNOW
The pool/hot tub facility is off-site behind the building and does not allow parking, though it is within walking distance. The facility is closed from May 1 until Memorial Day, then remains open until October 1. It reopens again on November 10.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice, Clean Condo

Beautiful condo. Had all the necessities we needed for our stay. Great location for either a nice walk to see Isak or to go strolling down Main Street. Had two minor issues, master bathroom sink leak and pipe dripping from above into the parking spot in the garage, contacted Vacasa and they sent a repairman for the sink immediately then they contacted the HOA for the leaking pipe. Great customer service from the property management team!

Very clean, great location

We recently stayed for a weekend coming up from Denver. We used to live in Summit County so we were already familiar with the location, we could tell by the photos where the condo was located. The location of the condo is perfect for getting around and definitely within walking distance to “downtown” Breck/shopping district. We received all pertinent check information, the listing is as described and the unit is very clean! Here is my only knock on our stay and this is completely a preference, the mattresses are very, very firm. Like, exam table firm lol. I just want people to be prepared if they like a softer mattress. You will not find it here. We travel a lot and if the only “negative” we can come up with is a mattress that isn’t to our liking, that’s pretty awesome.

We enjoyed our stay here - the space is nicely decorated and updated. When we arrived we had no information on how to enter the underground parking garage. We were able to call and obtain it, but that used up a lot of time doing so………thankfully, someone entering through the human door, opened the garage door for us. Utilizing the TV was also a bit tricky. It would be helpful if some sort of instructions were available. Overall, enjoyed our stay!

Great Property Easy Check In

We stayed here technically during the off season in June and it was a wonderful experience. The unit does not have central AC so keep that in mind if you are staying in the summer, but they did provide pretty decent fans for each bedroom. I would say parking is the only downside to this location. You only get one parking spot in the garage and it has a low clearance so keep that in mind if you are driving a truck or larger SUV. You may not fit! We were able to find parking 5 minutes away and everything you may need is within walking distance so it really was not a big deal. Overall great stay!

Great location, nice place!

Our family of 5 just completed seven nights here over the Christmas/New Years holiday break. The condo is modern and well furnished. Given that we have teenage boys, the bed configuration wasn't ideal, but we knew that going in. Location is great- 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift and easy walk to town. Heated garage is a plus. A few of my messages before/during our stay did not get returned which was frustrating. Overall it was a good stay.

Very clean

We really enjoyed our stay but it lacked a few things such as towels and basic kitchen items. The unit was very nice and clean which we really enjoyed. We didn’t really need the Wi-Fi but we’re unable to locate the password for that or the code for the pool. But other than those minor things everything was great and we would stay there again.

Great Location, Nice Condo

Pros: The location, upgrades, amenities (though we didn't access), comfortable beds, enough seating, patio, portable fans, parking garage Cons: If you plan on using the freezer, you can't due to the location of the fridge/freezer. The garage itself is not labeled 303, it's the garage located at the front of the building. It was not in the instructions, but you have to push # after the code. There weren't any directions for the thermostats or information inside the unit for out of town people to reference (i.e. things to do, places to eat, etc.). There was no flexibility for early check in. Beyond the 1st roll of toilet paper, the rest is not very soft. Overall, the place is good. I would stay here again if needed for the location, but it wasn't my favorite due to lack of personal touches. If you are planning on staying here soon, check to make sure the construction across the street is finished. Construction at 6:45am, isn't the best wake up call.

Nice condo; communication lacking

This was a trip to see fall colors and enjoy off-season in town. The condo was nice; very clean, updated and modern, but basic kitchenware. Texted mgmt/Vacasa about early check-in but never heard back. We just let ourselves in 45 min early and the condo was ready. Would've been nice to know that. The parking garage was a big plus; a very nice amenity. The location has easy access to downtown and many restaurants, shops, etc. Although it took us awhile to figure out how to get there; no info is provided on directions or walkways to town. Nice view of the ski slope. Could use some extra blankets/throws; none were available. No info on how to adjust the confusing thermostats in every room (2 different kinds). Could use printed instructions about check out procedures and requirements. An email with checkout info was sent at 9:45 pm the night before our 10 a.m. checkout, but we did not see it and did not check emails until returning home. A text would be better, or just printed instructions available in the condo. No information on what's nearby; just figure it out yourself. Would be nice to have some info & suggestions of nearby eateries and activities. Several old magazines about Breckenridge dated 2019 were not helpful. The three board games and puzzles were all incomplete and missing pieces. Should be thrown away. All in all, a nice place to stay with some nice amenities. Just needs attention to some details to make it better for guests.
