Cozy Village at Breckenridge ski-in/out unit.

If you're looking for convenience, your search is over! This is a ski-in / ski-out unit, meaning hiking/biking trails are adjacent to the unit. The unit is a 1/2-block walk to Main Street in Breckenridge and offers excellent amenities (indoor/outdoor pool, four hot tubs, workout room, etc.). Maggie Pond is adjacent to The Village at Breckenridge, where a variety of water sports, including fishing, are available.

Three queen beds / two full baths / Full kitchen. Elevator access to the unit. The unit is located within the Village at Breckenridge Wetterhorn (clock tower) building.

The condo features two sleeping areas (see layout photo for the condo's footprint), two full bathrooms, and is located in the Village at Breckenridge. The unit has three (3) Queen-size beds, two (2) full bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Perfect for couples/ families. This spacious unit is decorated with antique skis, snowshoes, toboggans, and ice skates; the condo showcases the joys of Breckenridge from a time not forgotten.

The living area has a 50' HDTV 1080P Smart TV with DVD/VCR/CD player, and a 40' HDTV in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of cookware, utensils, and dishes. It has a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave for your convenience. There is also a coffee maker, a blender, and a crockpot. In addition, a humidifier and a fan are included. The gas fireplace is on a timer for your safety. All linens/towels, paper towels, and dish soap are provided. Coin-operated laundry machines are on the floor of this unit. The Village at Breckenridge offers high-speed wireless (WIFI) to this unit.

The Village at Breckenridge HEALTH CLUB is included in your stay at this location. It is located in the Peak 9 Inn Building and has an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, four outdoor hot tubs, a dry sauna, a steam room (highly recommended in Colorado’s dry climate), a workout room, and shower/locker rooms. The health club also provides an endless supply of towels for your use, as well as free video games and billiards. Additionally, a free theater room is available for your family's enjoyment, located downstairs in the health club.

Please let me know if you need my assistance with parking. First, I recommend taking the shuttle to avoid parking fees throughout Breckenridge. This is particularly convenient for guests traveling by air. There are various shuttles to and from Denver International Airport. There are also shuttle services available throughout Summit County. I have discounts available to save you money on shuttle costs.

Parking: Option 1: The Village at Breckenridge charges a nightly parking fee. Parking costs vary by the time of year. Ski Season, it ranges from $41 to $51/night depending on the night needed. Option 2: I own another unit, approximately 150 yards to the east. If parking is available at this location during the required time, you can park there for free. Option 3: There is also parking at the nearby ice rink. This is serviced by the Breck Free Ride shuttle, which makes it easy to get back and forth to your car.

I can definitely help you with transportation options to/from Denver International Airport via a shuttle (no need to rent a car or worry about driving/parking). No car is needed to make this vacation memorable! Let me know what I can do for you!

Ice skating/paddle boats on Maggie Pond are also steps away. Across the street from the Village at Breckenridge is a stop for Breckenridge's FREE SHUTTLE BUS SYSTEM that can take you throughout town or connect you with FREE BUS SERVICES to other area resorts such as Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, or Copper Mountain.

No smoking/vaping, no pets, no exceptions... sorry. This is strictly enforced by the Village at Breckenridge HOA, management, and the owner. When booking this unit, you agree to these house rules.

Great host and location!

We were looking for a convenient location and we found it! Not only was the location great (ski-in, ski-out, and walking distance to the town), but the host Scott was very helpful with recommendations for our ski rentals and shuttle. The condo was cozy and had everything we needed.

New Years vacation

This is an great condo! Location right by the ski lifts and incredibly convenient to everything! The condo was exactly as described, and Scott was extremely responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again. We had a great time!

Great location

Great location for access to lifts and to Main Street downtown. Most importantly Scott the host immediately responded to all inquiries and assisted with everything from checking in to restaurant and ski rentals recommendations to assisting with parking. Very pleased with responsiveness.

Condo was exactly what we wanted

Had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Within walking distance to downtown and all the walking trails that we were able to do all the things we planned on our first trip to Breckenridge. Condo was clean and was more then enough space for our family of 5.

Owner is easy to work with!

The Village adds a convenience to our Breckenridge visits with it's great location, parking, and amenities. This unit is spacious and very well stocked with the comforts of home. The Owner is thorough with the booking and check in processes. I always feel like he truly wants us to enjoy our stay.

Superb place to stay

The location was perfect for our ski vacation. We were also so close to downtown we could walk everywhere. Communication with the owner was amazing and all of our messages were answered promptly. The owner went out of his way to help with getting us discounts on rentals. The beds were VERY comfortable. Everything in the listing was as described. We couldn't have been happier and have nothing negative to report. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Skiing

This was probably the best experience I have had with a rental unit! The unit itself was better than advertised, perfectly located and an incredible value! The owner / property manager was incredibly helpful as well. Great location, great property, great value. It doesn't get much better than that!

Perfect Peak 9 Location

If you want to be right at the base of Peak 9 and a short walking distance to town, this is the perfect place! Very comfortable and typical ski ski condo-type lodging. Kitchen is fully equipped and we ate in many meals, although Main Street has tons of amazing options less than 5 mins away.
